Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood full of canals that is about a 10-15 minute drive to Panama City Beach, 15-20 minutes from the beautiful sand and 40-45 mins from multiple cold springs. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Downtown is about 3.5 miles. This is a great location for someone coming to town for business that doesn't want to deal with all the beach traffic and/or noise.

Very nice part of town, very clean house, and a very considerate host. It was fun to play pool and darts before retiring for the evening and a quick game before we had set out for the day. I will be looking at this place again if I am ever in the area!
