Welcome to the bunkhouse, your base camp to PNW adventures!
Lose yourself in the serenity of nature as you end a perfect day at our 5 bed bunkhouse. We are nestled in the foothills of the Cascade mountains next to a small cattle farm. We are within walking distance of the Skagit River and a short drive to some of the most breathtaking scenery, snowmobiling, fishing, & hiking trails in the Pacific Northwest.

The space
★ NO KITCHEN IN THE BUNKHOUSE ★
Please note that this unit does not have a kitchen, but it is equipped with convenient amenities to make light meal prep easy and enjoyable:

✔ Microwave (Microwave Safe Plates and Bowls)
✔ Toaster
✔ Drip Coffee Maker (Complementary Ground Coffee)
✔ Electric Kettle (Complementary Tea, Apple Cider, Hot Chocolate)
✔ Disposable Plates, Cups, and Silverware
✔ Glasses and Mugs
✔ Basic Food Prep Items
✔ Dish Washing Items***
✔ Propane BBQ with a Side Burner + Propane (Utensils, Pots, Pans. The BBQ is outside, and will be exposed to weather.)
***Dish washing is done in the big bathroom, which most guests do not use for anything else.
★ THE BUNKHOUSE ★
The bunkhouse is on the host property, located behind the shop/host's home.
Most bunkhouses are just one big room with a few bunk beds and no power or water. Not ours! Your private bunkhouse is fully wheelchair accessible, and has:
✔ Power and running water, heat, air conditioning. and wifi
✔ One main room with three twin captain's beds and one queen bed.
✔ Two bathrooms, one fully accessible bathroom has a wheelchair/handicap ONLY shower
✔ Amenities in the first "no kitchenette" section above
★ THE REC ROOM ★
The Rec Room is above the shop, and the stairs leading up to it are right by the bunkhouse patio. there is a room off the rec room that the hostvuses on evenings and weekends at times for his office. The rec room has:
✔ Two couches and a big flatscreen TV
✔ Table and four chairs
✔ Pool and foosball tables
✔ Drink fridge stocked with beer, soda, seltzer, and water available for purchase based on the honor system
✔ Books for all ages from babies to adults
✔ Games for children, families, and adults
✔ Laser tag sets, please bring spare AAA batteries for backups just in case.

✔ Private patio with bistro table and chairs
✔ Fire pit. Please supply your own firewood.

✔ Parallel bars outside for rehab and strength training

✔ Chickens (in coop next to the bunkhouse, no rooster)
✔ Resident, friendly peacock roosts in the backyard and roams the property freely. He loves bread!
✔ Vegetable and flower gardens seasonally
✔ Plenty of parking for boats, snowmobiles, and vehicles.

✔ We have an extensive list of hiking equipment for rent in our guidebook, message us for details on any of the items. Want to rent something you don't see listed? Let us know! We may want to add to our inventory.
✔ Non-smoking facilities - $300 fine for smoking in buildings.
✔ Strict no pet policy, with added $50 cleaning fee for anyone caught on violation of this policy after checkout. Anyone found with pets prior to checkout will have their reservation immediately canceled without refund, as well as the cleaning fee if the pet has entered the premises
✔ The following items for babies are available upon 24 hr. advance request: High chair, infant front carrier, hiking backpack, baby and toddler dishes (bottles, sippy cups, toddler sized dishes and utensils)
Guest access
★ OUR GUESTS WILL HAVE ★
✔ Full, private access to the guest cabin. Keyless entry.
✔ Access to property fire pit, hot tub, propane grill, and rec room, which may occasionally be used by homeowners.
✔ Dedicated parking spot. Handicap spot provided upon request.
Other things to note
✔ Please note that three large dogs live on the property. We do have to let them out a few times a day, but for the most part, they stay inside. They will bark (loudly) to greet you, but mean no harm whatsoever. They are very friendly. We clean up after them daily. Since we have dogs, we have a zero pet policy. Anyone caught with a pet will incur a $50 cleaning fee, and the reservation will be cancelled without refund.

✔ The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
