Cozy [ 400 sq.' ] bright second floor suite with views. Lots of trees and greenery in a historic residential neighborhood that's nice for walking.
Close to the freeway, 1/2 a mile, and the metro, 9/10ths of a mile. Great access to USC and the museums at Exposition Park [ 3 miles ]

This is a completely self contained suite , separate from the main house with it's own entrance , pretty much your own apartment. I live in the main house behind a fairly sound proof wall

The space
Two room suite, full bath and fully equipped kitchenette [everything BUT a stove], private staircase entrance , free parking on street or driveway. Sunny rooms with views, refinished oak floors with vintage wool carpets. Basically your own private apartment.
The bedroom has a queen size Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and the living room has a pull out sofa bed , full size.
There is a door between the two rooms but the bathroom can only be accessed from the bedroom.
There are ceiling fans and AC's in both rooms and the WiFi is pretty good

Guest access
Private quarters with good sound insulation and separate entrance. Feel free to hang out in the backyard and enjoy the cactus collection. I may soon get the hot tub running

Other things to note
Please take note that there is NO STOVE in the kitchen , just the fridge , microwave, single burner electric hot plate , toaster oven and a coffee maker.
There is a door between the bedroom and living room and you have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom.
You might also appreciate that I'm fully vaccinated and make an extra effort to clean the place

Neighborhood highlights

Quiet residential neighborhood with homes from the 1880's to 1940's. Not how you'd imagine LA. It was Los Angeles first affluent suburb , Beverly Hills before there was a Beverly Hills , there are some huge gilded age mansions in the neighborhood.
It's a half mile from the 10 freeway, 9/10ths of a mile to the Crenshaw metro stop which takes you to USC, downtown, Santa Monica beach, Culver City, Hollywood, Pasadena and more
The closest supermarket is less than 1 mile and there are several good restaurants right down Adams Blvd. , Johnnies Pastrami , Mizlala , Tartine Bakery , and Open Face are just blocks to a mile and a half away. There are more really good restaurants about 4 miles away , downtown Culver City is an easy ride and has over a dozen good places . La Brea ave. and the Grove shopping mall [ which contains the 1940's Farmers Market ] both have great food at about 4 1/2 miles away and downtown is about 5 miles
