The Space

Come relax and read a book on the front porch of my quaint 4 bedroom gambrel colonial home surrounded by beautiful flower gardens. Located in the center of the state, we are just a 5 min drive from TFGreen airport, 10 mins away from Providence, 1.5hr away from Boston, and only 45 mins from the amazing south county beaches.

My home is located in the heart of Historic Pawtuxet Village in Warwick, RI. Enjoy the refreshing breeze Narraganset Bay has to offer while soaking up its breathtaking water views. My home is walking distance to the local Irish pub, cafes, restaurants, ice cream shop and it even has a mom and pop grocery store.

Warwick is a great midpoint between NYC and Boston.I am minutes away from TF green airport, the train station, and there is even a bus stop near the end of my street.

I currently live with my coworker but we also have 2 cats and three dogs so animal lovers are a plus!

The grounds offer a back private fenced in patio that overlooks a tranquil koi pond. It is surrounded by flower and vegetable gardens and includes a BBQ and patio table that seats 6.

Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • I did not meet with Jennifer but she was very reliable with communication. Her house mate was my location contact and was very nice. The room was very comfortable with AC. It was convenient and met my weird time needs.

  • We only stayed for one night so we unfortunately were unable to meet our host, Jen. The house was absolutely charming, with all the accommodations. Pawtuxet Village is within walking distance and is absolutely charming! I would definitely recommend this listing.

  • We had a great time staying with Jen. We arrived late and she was there to greet us and show us around the house. We were only there for a short time since we had to leave early the next morning, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The house and little town were both adorable!

  • My grandson Dylan and I stayed 6 days here and highly recommend it. While we shared a bathroom with other guests, our schedule was very flexible and that didn't become problematic. The Historic neighborhood was conducive for long quiet walks. The nearby park (email hidden) to read, use electronic media, or just be peaceful and meditate. We will return when the occasion to visit RI presents itself again!

  • Jen was absolutely great; her smile lights up the room and her place was great as well, comfy, interesting, and in a great location. I liked having her dogs and cat around and she has wonderful gardening and a fish pool as well. Her house is in a safe neighborhood where you can walk to restaurants and a park and the edge of the bay. It's quite close to the airport as well. Jen didn't mind me almost filling up her recycling container with stuff from my 2 week trip. Overall, top notch place to stay.

  • We stay Jen's house for three nights. On the day of checkin, she kindly let me in at the time I wanted while she is not there. My son and I felt like at home since she provided well prepared clean room wiith cozy blankits in bed, towels, and all other facilities.
She is also such a nice person so we didn't feel like a stranger. I used washing machine and drier at late night like I did at home.
Especially, for me, it is very convenient cuz Jen's house is close to Johnson and Wales Harbor side Campus (where my son is attending)
I would definitively stay there again and recommend it to all of you.

  • I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Jen's lovely and super cute home. The place was spotless, we had tons of privacy, and it felt like home for a night. She definitely goes above and beyond expectations for AirBnB hosts. For example, I left some of my clothes behind hanging in her closet, and at the drop of a hat, when I told her I was passing through Rhode Island again, she raced home and left them out on the porch for me to pick up. This is a gem of a place and think you should stay here instead of Providence!

  • My girlfriend and I stayed at Jen's places for 2 nights and it worked out great. She left us a key to come and go as we please. The house we very clean and comfortable. Thanks Jen!
