- All the beds have foam mattresses
- All 3 bedrooms have smart HDTV, blackout curtains, and ceiling fans, except the bunk bedroom has a portable fan.
Bedroom #1 is the master bedroom, which is en suite to the master bathroom. It has a king-size bed, a large walking closet with plenty of hangers, where you can put as many clothes as you want, and a 40" smart HDTV.
Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, a working desk and chair perfect for those Zoom calls, and a 50" smart HDTV, ideally for remote work or corporate or temporary housing.
Bedroom #3 is a bunkbed room. It also has a portable fan, blackout curtain, and a 43" smart HDTV.
The 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway before the master bedroom.
*** As always, we sanitize the whole house, clean steam furniture, and disinfect all handles, light switches, toys, and anything that hands will touch after each reservation.

Guest access
- The whole house is for guests to use, except the garage, which will remain locked for inventory. There is a camera in there.
- There are two parking spaces in front of the house (please do not park on the neighbor's side) and on the driveway on the back (2 cars), then walk to the front.
- GARAGE & TESLA CABLE: are available for reservation of 7+ nights, upon request when booking. There is a camera in there.

- Please read the house rules and let us know if you have any questions.
- If there are all males or all females and you don't want to share the bed, please let us know before booking so we can arrange for your needs.
- All bookings will need to confirm the number of guests a day before the arrival date. If there is any change in the number of guests (including children 0-12 years old) before the arrival date, please contact us and/or submit a reservation change if needed.
