Samantha's apartment was perfect for a long weekend in the city - an easy scenic walk along the canal from Piccadilly station (great for arrival and also for day trips), a short walk from the northern quarter bars/restaurants and the tramline for getting to the far side of the city quickly. The apartment itself was clean, modern and comfy - perfect for retiring to after an evening out for dinner and drinks.
Samantha was a great host, responding to questions quickly and providing great advice and tips for our stay in Manchester.
All in all we had a great time in Manchester - thanks again Sam! :)
Really lovely apartment on the canal. Comfortable and homely with everything you need. Clear communication from Samantha. Convenient for centre via nice walk along the canal. Would definitely rent again.
Samantha was very welcoming with advance information on location, directions etc. Taxi driver couldn't find the address, so guests need to know in detail how to locate it! Good location for a 10 minute walk to the centre. Lovely modern flat, warm and cosy. But the bedroom in airbnb pic doesn't look quite the same room...!
Our stay was amazing! Samantha was so helpful and made it all so easy. Her place was perfect and in such an amazing location. I strongly suggest you stay here, you will not regret it! When I come back to Manchester I wi definitely be staying here again!
Great apartment right in the centre of the city. Really enjoyed the picturesque stroll by the canal to and from the apartment block. Samantha was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful.
Samantha's apartment was absolutely fantastic; it was clean, tidy and overall very well presented.
The location was perfect and was in comfortable walking distance to to a plethora of bars, clubs and restaurants and shops.
Samantha is rather communicative and friendly- I would strongly recommend and implore you to stay at her comfortable and convenient apartment next time you visit Manchester.
Samantha's flat made our Xmas stay feel like we were at home. She was so nice to communicate with and made the whole stay enjoyable with plenty of suggestions and tips. Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a nice meal and the couch is comfortable for unwinding after a long day. Easy access to the Metrolink and Piccadilly Station. Northern Quarter and Market St are a quick walk with plenty of restaurants and pubs. Make it a point to take in a Manchester United game and take in the sights and sounds of Bishops Blaize.
About the Host, Samantha
I am a fun loving, laid back, genuine gal. I love to travel thus available to rent my apartment which I love! It's my peace haven, my stylish hub to relax in after a long hard day at work with a glass of vino looking out at my lovely view with my I-pod cranked up (neighbours are cool!). I go to the Northern Quarter in Manchester a lot as I do like to socialise with friends and get out and about to local gigs. I love cooking and enjoy my open plan kitchen to chat with friends whilst cooking. I have sky with full film package as I do love a good film from an Action Thriller to a good ole chick flick, as long as it's not Marley and Me!!!
My moto in life is to have an adventure each month so if that's packing up and visiting a random place for the weekend or even venturing into a new bar another time then that is perfect for me.
I would like to visit as many cities as possible through my life and since turning 30 I am having a challenge a year - living with a Tribe last year for 10 days, this year Ben Nevis and possibly do the penine way next year. Live life and have fun.
