The villa is built in colonial Dutch style with towering pillars, an expansive veranda, high archways and soaring timber ceilings. Saldana features two spacious master suites on either side of a plush sitting room. This luxury beach villa is beautifully decorated with antiques, artwork and furnishings from South Asia and beyond.

Saldana offers three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are two master suites with king-size beds and an additional third bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom is complete with air conditioning and an overhead fan. Each master suite of this luxury private villa has its own veranda overlooking the sea with a private sitting area.

Enjoy views of the sea from the comfort of the sitting room or while you sunbathe by the pool, making Saldana one of the most inviting private villas in Sri Lanka. Local antique paintings carpet the walls as you relish the timelessness of your elegant surroundings. Between the master suites, a tastefully-decorated living room features antique Sri Lankan furnishings alongside modern amenities, giving the beach villa a subtlecontemporary touch. This eclectic space includes a dining table, work station and a 40’ flat screen TV with cable channels. Upon entering, you are taken back by breathtaking views of the sea as you indulge in barefoot luxury.

Our sea-view timber deck is bordered by a grassy lawn and is just steps away from a private beach, completing the picture of a ‘Private Holiday Villa’. The pool also offers an invigorating view of the beach and plenty of lounging opportunities. At night, the pool and garden come alive, giving the property an enchanting glow.
