The Space

**** Monthly rentals only.

Furnished apartment faces the courtyard and is super quiet. This neighborhood was rated as one of the best in NYC by New York Magazine. Bed is Queen Sized really comfortable mattress, high ceilings with tons of sunlight. Apartment is located on the second floor and has a great bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is closet space as well as an organizer to put your folded clothes. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook if you desire. My apartment is homey and comfortable. If you want to stay in on a rainy day and watch Netflix, or Hulu plus I've got an accounts and you can watch on my Apple TV. Bring your computer, there's wi-fi!

Living in Park Slope is like living on Sesame Street! Beautiful old treelined streets form a canopy of green. The neighborhood is filled brownstone buildings, historic gothic churches, beautiful cafes, restaurants, (Blue Ribbon Bakery, Applewood, Stone Park Cafe, Rose Water Restaurant) neighborhood brew houses, boutiques, intimate yoga studios, health clubs, a super fun rock climbing gym, (Brooklyn Boulders) book stores, coffee shops, bike rental stores, gourmet grocery stores, and more. A stroll thru my neighborhood is an instant adventure with new discoveries around every corner.

Walking distance from several live music & performance venues, Barbes, Union Hall, Southpaw, etc.

A bike ride away from Cobble Hill, a beautiful upscale Brownstone neighborhood that will blow your mind!

Blocks from Prospect Park, my apartment is quiet, and has a beautiful view of the back yard, watch squirrels jump from tree to tree in the morning and be amazed by their acrobatic abilities! Great warm atmosphere.

The Neighborhood

This neighborhood is wonderful. Quiet treelined streets with plenty of cafe's and restaurants to explore. Local grocers and in spring and summer there are free concerts and farmers markets in several parks in the area. We've got a brand new bar on 7th avenue that is laid back with a neighborhood vibe. I am grateful to live in this spectacular neighborhood.

  • I really enjoyed my stay in Jeanine's apartment.
It is in a great location - minutes away from subway, prospect park, grocery store and loads of shops.
Her apartment is cosy, colorful and quiet.
Jeanine was really helpful and responded to my emails/text messages quickly.

  • My boyfriend and I had such a great experience staying here! Jeanine was great from the very beginning. Being new to air bnb, I messaged Jeanine with some questions and right away I got a friendly response. Jeanine was very generous and left us a delicious homemade lentil dish that she insisted we eat! We felt right at home. The apartment was perfect for a couple, private and comfy and in a really beautiful neighborhood. I would love to come back here and am so grateful to Jeanine for being such a lovely, welcoming host.

  • Jeanine was an excellent host! Flexible and very kind, she too left me a fridge of little goodies which was a great help as I was getting used to the neighborhood. The apartment is like a little oasis, so colorful and airy. I would stay there again and again!
