Neighborhood highlights

We are in the heART of NE Minneapolis. NE is one of the countries largest art communities. There are over a 1,000 art studio in the area along with a lot of micro breweries. The art studios are open every Saturday and the first Thursday evening of every month. There is a beautiful farmers market three blocks away every Saturday 9-1.

There is absolutely NO parties, music or loud noise on the patio after 10pm. The neighbors WILL complain, so move your group in the house after 10. There are plenty of areas in the house to socialize in. Also, no congregating in the alley. Please move socializing to the back patio to not bother the neighbors and the flow of traffic. We will call or text the first time we get a complaint. If the noise doesn't stop we will come over and you may possibly be asked to leave. Thank you!
