We stayed 3 nights at the flat. Everything went very well. Giuseppe was very nice (he welcomed us at the flat) and gave us lots of information about things to do in Rome but also around the flat. He was also available for any question any time during our stay. Flat looks like on the photos, metro is 10min walking, Colosseum 40min walking. Even though it is located by the busy street, it was very quiet inside the flat. I recommand this place.

Giuseppe was a great host! He was very communicative and always available for questions. The apartment is lovely: clean, quiet, very comfortable for the two of us to stay in. The location was a little ways outside of the city center. It's definitely possible to walk to the sights - it's about 20 minutes to get to the Colosseum (which is the closest of the tourist sights). Most days we took the Metro or a taxi to get where we needed. We would likely stay there again!

Giuseppe was a great host. He was in close communication before during and after our stay in Rome. It was a good feeling after a day of elbowing tourists in tight cramped sites to come to this spacious residential apartment and stretch out. This place is perfect for more seasoned travellers that can manage public transport well or prefer cabs and being just outside the hubbub of ancient Rome.

This was the best airbnb stay I have had. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and located in a beautiful part of Rome. There are cabs, bus stops, and a metro near by. Mainly though, Giuseppe is an excellent host and was always helpful and available to guide us. I highly recommend this place and plan to stay here when I come back.

Giuseppe was wonderful, he was flexible with our checkin/checkout times. He met us and gave us a short history of the city. The apartment was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, and other necessities.

I am very glad I choose Giuseppe's place to stay in Rome. It was a real immersion experience to stay in the San Giavanni area of Rome away from hotels and tourists. The apartment was perfect for me. Very comfortable. I slept like a baby all three nights. The bed is a Tempurpedic type that I hadn't previously tried. I loved it. One minor item - the heat is tied to the building so no temp adjustments. A tad cool during the day. Perfect in evening and night times. Thank you!

Giuseppe User ProfileGiuseppe is a superhost.

I'm a very communicative person, used to get in touch with people, fairly helpfull and speak English, French, Spanish and German.
I have been working for the last twenty years in a hotel in Rome and so I've decided to host people in my own place
I like travelling when I have time, I'm fond of art (wich you do not miss in Rome!),interior design, reading and swimming (above all at the seaside in summer).
