This two bedroom one bathroom duplex is centrally located to everything! You will be close to many Denver locations including the Highlands, Downtown Aquarium, and walking distance to Mile High Stadium and Sloan's Lake! Jefferson Park is just two blocks away. This duplex is ideal for anyone who is looking to enjoy a Broncos game, explore Denver from a central location, or guests who want to relax in a calm neighborhood near a park! It's okay to use cannabis here (if done legally)!

The space
Step inside the cozy living space, where beautiful hardwood floors in the kitchen and bathroom truly make you feel like you’re traveling in style in the Mile High City. Cook in this fully stocked kitchen and enjoy meals in the living room or outside on the patio. After exploring Denver, retreat to the patio and cozy up next to the propane fire pit or in the hammock, or hang out on the sleeper sofa and catch a flick on the projector which you can use with the Chromecast app.

Three beds available - a standard queen size bed, an Ikea pull-out couch bed (queen size), and an air mattress (queen size).

Note that I do NOT have cable, a DVD player, or any other TV-related devices. If you want to watch something, you will have to connect to the projector using the Chromecast app or directly to an HDMI cable. Basic instructions are at the house, but I only recommend using it if you are familiar with Chromecast or electronics in general.

There is one (small) parking space on the property, with additional on-street parking usually available. Getting into the parking spot can be challenging - I recommend using a "spotter." During game days or "large stadium events" there are parking restrictions for the on-street parking. We will not be responsible for ticket/towing costs.

You'll have full use of the house, except for two closets (hallway and projector room) and two cupboards in the kitchen. These have my personal items in them.

Please enjoy your time here but be respectful of my property. This is my home; I live here. Please treat it as you would want others to treat your home. Be respectful of my tenants on the other side of the duplex - no parties or loud noises late at night. All tobacco smoking must be done outside (including vapes). The legal smoking/consumption of cannabis is okay inside or outside on my property.

Location

Jefferson Park, Denver, Colorado

Jefferson Park is one of the smallest neighborhoods in Denver. It's central feature is a beautiful park with a playground and large open space where people play with their dogs and toss around frisbees and volleyballs. This neighborhood is bordered by the Highlands to the north, Sloan's Lake to the west, Sun Valley to the south, and Auroria to the east.

I love that my neighborhood is so central to everything in Denver. Getting downtown is an easy walk, bike ride, or e-scooter trip. Easily jump on the South Platte River Trail by taking the 23rd Avenue bike lane or cutting through the Broncos Stadium parking lots.

Although my home is very close to Federal Boulevard, it's set far enough back that there isn't much noise from it. All the neighbors I've met are very kind. Some of them only speak Spanish, so it's been difficult for me to communicate with a few of them.
