Even before I arrived Shirley was the perfect host. She answered very fast to all messages and made some suggestions for things I could do, wich were exactly what I was looking for. She picked me up at the trainstation and was very nice and wellcoming. And to top it all: in the evening she showed me around the area so I would know wich way to go the next day. I could not imagine a better host for my frist stay in London. Thanks a lot, Shirley!
Shirley was a great host and very friendly, easy-going and generous with her time. I had a nice stay in her single room which was just enough for me. She also has the cutest kitty and he is very friendly too. And when it came time to leave, Shirley also took me to the tube station when I was leaving which was so kind of her. I would stay again. Very easy and uncomplicated, I felt welcomed.
Shirley is a really nice person! She went to the tube station to pick me up and her house is a very good place where you have everything you need.
Staying with Shirley was a wonderful experience. She is so friendly and hospitable. She is very happy to give directions and helpful suggestions if you are looking for a place to eat, something to see, etc. I highly recommend staying here.
This was my second time staying with Shirley in London; I liked it so much the first time, that I had no hesitation in deciding to stay there again.
Thank you to Shirley for again being welcoming, kind, and providing me with a comfortable and cosy room.
I had a really good stay with Shirley, the house was clean and tidy, and Shirley was always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the room.
This is the second time I've stayed with Shirley. As before, she is very welcoming and helpful. Nice comfortable bed in a well-heated room giving me a good night's sleep. Would recommend her highly!
I loved staying at Shirley's place! The room was clean and cozy and Shirley made me feel very welcome. I was able to use the kitchen for light meals and Shirley provided a small kettle and tea and coffee in my room. The area is very pretty with good transport connections into central London. I had a fantastic time in London and would definitely stay with Shirley again!
It was simply great to stay with Shirley and her daughter for 2,5 weeks! The house is beautiful and well taken care of. My room was neat and very comfortable and there are aways some books stacked to borrow. The housemates were great and the overall atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming that it instantly felt like home. During my next stay in London I would be very happy to stay with you again! Thanks so much Shirley and hope to see you next year!
