Casa Luisa is a modern 2 bedroom ground floor apartment located in a traditional area right in the middle of Javea port and close to the famous Arenal beach. With numerous bars and restaurants, You have easy access to Javea's famous “Chiringuitos".
A short walk into the port with its boutique shops and wonderful sea views. The apartment is modern, well equipped and tastefully decorated, set in a quiet location but only a 2 minute walk into the port, which means a car is not essential. the apartment looks charming from the outside in a real Spanish style but with a modern pool area for the use of the residents only. The apartment also benefits from a large terrace overlooking the pool, which is very private but allows easy access for a cooling dip. It is only a short walk to the port and the pebble beach (La Grava) or 15 minute walk to the large wonderful sandy beach at the Arenal.
The apartment has a modern and comfortable lounge area with patio doors out to the terrace, it has a flat screen TV offering UK freeview channels and some Spanish channels and seating for 4, the terrace has a dining table allowing al fresco meals for all the guests to enjoy. Alternatively within a short walk you have many fine restaurants at your fingertips. The Master bedroom has a king-size double bed and en suite bathroom with a modern walk in shower cubicle. The second twin bedroom is light and airy with twin beds and the family bathroom adjacent to it. The modern and perfectly formed kitchen, is well equipped and is great for any family chef! The apartment also benefits from a security intercom system meaning total peace of mind.
There are many bars within a couple of minutes walk offering free Wi-Fi internet access.
Javea is a beautiful traditional Spanish fishing village that has expanded to accommodate a relaxed tourist trade suitable for all ages. Locally there is something to do all year round, with traditional religious and local festivals at different times of year. There are so many wonderful sights to explore (lighthouses, caves, cathedrals) some fantastic walks, and sea excursions, also great for cycling and various other activities such as golf and tennis. A lively “cafe culture” means there is a relaxed but exciting atmosphere along the main beach front especially in the summer.
A hire car is not necessary due to the close proximity of the beaches and restaurants , but recommended if you would like to visit some of the fascinating villages inland towards the mountains and some stunning secluded coves and beaches along the coast.

Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal. Old Town: This is the ancient town centre steeped in medieval history which has largely been preserved throughout the centuries. You can wander through the maze of narrow streets and small plazas. The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of the town. This building dates back to the 15th century, half religious half military. At the side of the church is a beautiful Neo Gothic building which houses the indoor market where you can buy local fresh produce daily. The colourful outdoor market takes place every Thursday in the market place. Traditional Spanish cafe’s and tapas restaurants are found here, in the streets just off the church square, affordable amazing Mediterranean food where all the locals flock to. Heading towards the hills you can visit the lighthouse, high up on the Cabo San Antonio, with fantastic sea views, on a clear day you can see the island of Ibiza, The Port: This was originally a fishing community but has now become one of the main tourist centres of the town. Here amongst the modern buildings you will find the ancient quarters of narrow streets with the simple whitewashed fisherman’s houses. It is a lively bustling area with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants serving the freshest seafood you will have ever tasted! Just the place to sit and sample the local wines whilst watching the fishing boats bringing in the day’s catch. From the heart of then port rises the majestic structure of the church of Our Lady of Loreto with a roof which imitates the hull of a ship. The modern Nautical Club at the marina has facilities for all forms of water sports. The Arenal: Javea’s blue flag beach where the shore gently slopes into the warm sea. The promenade has a number of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants providing a variety of food to suit all tastes. During the evening in the Summer months, you will find a various stalls here selling a variety of handmade crafts. Many of the bars have live music and there are several discotheques for those that like to dance the night away. There are several scenic coves nearby. Grandella , with its crystal clear waters is a favourite for scuba diving and snorkelling as is Portichol. There is even a naturist beach at Ambolo. Nearly every kind of watersport is catered for in Javea, and for those who don’t want to get their feet wet there is golf, bowls, tennis, cycling, horse riding and hiking to name but a few.
