Check in was easy, location is great. Nice apartment.
We have stayed with 6 friends at the apts of belvedere.
The experience was amazing. Leo was available for all our requests, he provided all needed including baby crib, dish washer liquid and detergent.
We loved stayed at the apt, the location was perfect
Nice place near the main train station from/to airport and the main city. Spacious and clean with the necessary kitchenware for those thinking of cooking themselves.
We had a great stay! This is a different location from the other Airbnb's we have stayed at (it is not someone's home, it's an apartment complex) but that didn't take away from the experience! The man who checked us in was wonderfully helpful and the apartment was beautiful that we stayed in! Close to the center of town and a beautiful residence, I'd recommend it!
We stayed for just one night, so we could not really use all the amenties the appartment offered. However, the appartment is great! it is spacious, clean and very quiet. The high ceilings of the Gründerzeit - turn of the century- building give you special "historic viennese" feeling.
The location is great, just behind the Belvedere and close to the so called Embassy district. It takes about 15 min to get to the first district. Leo is a very nice guy and organization & communication was excellent.
We will back.. and stay longer ;-)
I don't like to write bad reviews, people needing internet service might want to take note. I stayed for a weekend in a flat provided by Belvedere, a company that has several flats around town and furnished them with Ikea furniture: characterless apartments. Functional, clean, but anonymous. This is not a huge fault, but the place was certainly lacking any amenities: such as a list of nearby restaurants or sights, or even a list of numbers and names of people to get in touch with if there were any problems. The biggest obstacle is that Belvedere seems to have no connection to the people who answer the phone! When we arrived at 11:00 on a Saturday morning, we were disappointed to find that the office of the apartments didn't open until 2pm. Hardly convenient! We called the number taped on the office door, but the woman answering the phone didn't have any record of our rental, so could not help us out. She said she would leave a message for the people who opened the office at 2, but we never heard from them. I finally called the office at 4:30 and was informed that the off-hours operators don't have a record of AirBnB clients. This was very irritating, as we had to drag our luggage around with us around Vienna for 5 hours until we finally were able to get keys to the flat. Only to discover that we had no internet service. Neither of our laptops or phones could connect to the 'service'. Since it was 7 o'clock by then, the office was closed (!) and we were once again in the hands of the clueless off-hours receptionist. She assured us that she would get someone right on it, but, hardly a surprise, when we got back later that night, there was still no service. Since this was a business trip, and I needed to get material to my colleagues during this stay this was a major obstacle, and one an internet cafe could hardly accommodate. The next day, Sunday, we again had to deal with a receptionist who, seemingly flat out lied about someone being called to fix the problem; it never was during my stay. We also ran into others who were renting other apartments in the building who also never had internet service. After my stay, when I complained to the company about this, they offered me a 20 euro refund, for their estimated costs of my internet cafe visits. What they fail to realize is that we rented that room because of their declaration that there was WiFi, and their offer of 20 euros says not only that they do not understand that people want to use the internet for many things during one's travels, but also, when they advertise a feature that some people need on their travels, not providing it, and, moreover, not fixing it after numerous complaints!, shows disregard, not to mention, bad business. I will not be staying with them...
A very clean apartment. we enjoyed our stay in Vienna,
Very fast and uncomplicated host :)
We had a wonderful stay in the Belvedere Apartments. They were clean, large, centrally located and incredibly quiet. We actually couldn't believe we were in Vienna with how very quiet the apartment was. The best part was how very helpful Leo was in getting us up to speed, sharing the restaurant and entertainment options and the best way to get to a variety of sights. Great Fun!
great apartment, great location, super organized.
exactly as described.
i will certainly try to stay again next time in vienna.
Big, nice and clean old style apartment, in a very central position. Everything was ok.
