This unit is a gem located in the West End of downtown Vancouver. The apartment has incredible sweeping views from Granville Island to English Bay and is located directly across from Sunset beach. 1km to Stanley park, Robson St, Granville St.

This studio unit is a clean, airy, beautiful space perfect for you to enjoy your stay in Vancouver. It is a non-smoking/no pet apartment with a double bed, full kitchen, small dining area and sitting area. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows that open up completely onto a beautiful outdoor balcony with greenery and patio table/chairs.
It comes fully furnished and all the necessities for the kitchen. You will also be provided with fresh linens , towels, soap etc. Laundry is located on the main floor of the building.
Interaction with Guests
Arrangements can be made with guests to provide keys, show the apartment and answer any questions.
Gorgeous, relaxing, serene, and beautiful. Nothing can compare with the ocean and mountain views, beach access right outside your doorstep and a short walk to Stanley Park.
The West End is a walkable, friendly, diverse neighbourhood and one of the best places to experience Vancouver. It's conveniently located downtown, close to great restaurants, bars and amenities. Summer is the best time of year for festivals, sightseeing, and activities!
Public transit is right outside the door and the the granville island ferry/aquabus is a 5 min walk.
Parking is not available but street parking is available with certain restrictions. Directly in front of the apartment there is 2 hour parking from 9-3pm and no restrictions from 6pm onward. Saturdays street parking is 2 hours from 9-3pm and no restrictions after 3pm. Sunday street parking is free. Otherwise, if you arrive at any other time, there is meter parking available and a large paid parking lot directly across the street.
FROM THE AIRPORT:
If you are arriving from the airport, take the Canada Line to Yaletown and transfer to a shuttle bus (C21 Beach) and get off at the Jervis stop. Additional details can be provided to you upon booking.
Taxi from the Airport will be about a 20 min ride and now at a set rate of $35.00
Bike rentals are close by and a perfect way to explore this neighbourhood and Vancouver. There are rental locations on Denman Street about a 15 min walk away.
You will not need a car at this apartment! You can walk or rent a bike to see everything Vancouver has to offer.
Other Things to Note

1. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the building.
2. No parties at this unit. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
3. Please avoid putting any heavy/hard/sharp objects on the top of balcony fence and be careful when dining on the balcony table to ensure nothing falls off the balcony (my worst fear!).
Mandy was very accommodating for a last minute booking. Her place was clean and in great shape. She was very nice and organized and her check out procedures were easy and straightforward. She also has an awesome book collection and the view from her place is amazing!
Mandy was an incredible host. She was flexible with our check-in time (we were running a little late). The apartment was great -- clean, well-equipped and thoughtful, and in an awesome location. Mandy gave us a bunch of recommendations on things to do, all of which were fantastic. We highly recommend her apartment and hope to be back soon.
Mandy's place was great! It was so clean, and the view of the water, especially the sunset, was to die for! She was super helpful and provided us with everything we needed for a great anniversary weekend away! We had a great time exploring the city by foot and would greatly recommend the walk along the seawall (the trail is just steps away from the apartment!)
Mandy made us feel very welcome. She was friendly and easy to work with. The studio apartment is small but charming. The neighborhood is just great. Beach Avenue is somewhat busy so it's not completely quiet, but it's far from noisy. The building is right across the street from English Bay, and the view is stunning from the apartment. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance on Davie and Denman streets. Parking is a bit of an issue, but workable since you can park on Beach at night after 6:00 PM.
We enjoyed our stay at Mandy's lovely, light-filled apartment! The apartment is super clean and comfortable, has a great view and is in a nice location with easy access to trails and ferries. If you are a light sleeper, you may want earplugs as you can hear cars driving by and the geese in the morning.
This studio is beautiful, clean and in a prime location. Mandy was a great host and very responsive. She provided a list of awesome places to check out while we were in town. We loved being close to the water and having such a nice view of the water. I would highly recommend staying here!
