Charming NEWLY renovated studio cottage with a new shower, upgraded soundproofing, and a new heat/AC split unit. Just 1.5 miles from downtown and steps from one of Nashville’s best coffee shops. Fast Wi-Fi, streaming channels, and a cozy hotel alternative in a safe, established neighborhood. Close to the greenway, dog park, Centennial Park, restaurants, and local greenery—the perfect Nashville location! Hope to see you soon!

The space
This is a little cottage behind my house. With a keen eye for detail, I've decorated this space to feel modern with homespun, European (and Southern, of course) charm. Full bathroom, queen size bed and modern daybed that can fold into a queen. HULU live TV, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, convention oven, Keurig coffee machine - all in the charming Sylvan Park neighborhood, one of Nashville's IT places to live. Check in is at 3 PM but will allow earlier check in for $25 fee if property is available.

Pets: I also allow pets for a $30 per stay. I allow more than one pet on a case by case basis, for one time extra fee of $25.

Pet rules: MUST put linen covers (provided) over duvet cover and couch; will charge $50 fee if there is excessive pet hair on the furniture . Please be respectful of the property; clean paws if it's muddy outside before entering. Rug and towel provided for paw cleaning. Run fans to alleviate pet smell when leaving.

Guest access
I live in the house in front of this cottage and will be readily available with any questions or suggestions of places to eat and see in Nashville. Easy in/out access and separated by a picket fence from my main home.

Parking is ONLY accessed through the alley off of Hillside Ave. The guest house is directly behind my main home, for point of reference, so much go around the corner and thru the alley to get to the correct parking spot and access point.

Other things to note
Be mindful to look at parking instructions, they will ensure you don't park on my neighbors property. Also, when throwing away garbage, make sure to use garbage and recycling cans IN THE ALLEYWAY. Thanks so much.

Neighborhood highlights

Sylvan Park is one of the handful of IT neighborhoods in Nashville. It's less than 2 miles from the heart of downtown and, as it's own neighborhood, it had a specific charm and panache. There are some great local restaurants up the street from me, along with a boutique wine store, coffee shop (literally one block away) and The Produce Place, a local neighborhood grocery store.
