The space
Beautiful river front house with breathtaking views of the Delaware River. 5 min from the town of Narrowsburg in the Catskills . Fully equipped Kitchen, huge windows with panoramic river views, fresh white linens, and thoughtful interior design for maximum comfort. Stairs lead directly down to the river front in the summer and in the winter relax by the wood stove or head out to Ski at Big Bear, Holiday Mountain or Elk Mountain.

INSIDE
the river house is a perfectly sized little house situated riverfront outside the artsy town of Narrowsburg, NY in the Catskills. the house is bright and airy and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There's a wood burning fireplace in the living room as well as large sliding glass windows on every wall of the front of the house with a view of the Delaware where eagles soar overhead. We also have fast WIFI for when you just want to stream netflix in bed, and tons of board games and puzzles for chilly nights by the wood burning stove : )

OUTSIDE
Enjoy grilling on the deck overlooking beautiful river surrounded by wildlife and trees. Guests have full use of the private riverfront. The fishing is great (there's a bait shop in town next to Pete's Supermarket) or you can just lounge in a tube all day and soak up the sun.

1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed second bedroom, 1 twin bedroom (with 2nd twin trundles underneath.)

THE TOWN
The house is only a 5min drive from the center of town in Narrowsburg where you can find: fine restaurants, art galleries, a fully equipped grocery store, pizzeria, coffee shop, ice cream and more. Narrowsburg has been featured in Vogue Magazine, New York Magazine, The New York Times and Travel + Leisure. This quaint artsy towns main street also overlooks the Delaware River.

ENTERTAINMENT
Enjoy rafting on the Delaware River (Landers river trips), hiking, FREE ice skating during the winter (bring your own skates), fishing and more. 15 miles away from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the Original Woodstock. Close to Ski Big Bear.

Other things to note
we are happy to have your dog join you as you can follow a few extra rules:

-all dogs must be included in the booking with guests *an additional $100 pet fee will be applied to the booking*

-please use our provided crate if you plan to leave your dog unattended at the house while you are out.

-please be extra diligent about them around all of our plants that are low to the ground and make sure they don’t chew on our throw pillows.

-And of corse please pick up and dispose of their poop around the yard
