Looking for the location close to the center of the city without having to pay exuberant fees? Need to get to the center of Boston, fast?
Come enjoy your private room with internet (wi-fi or cable), big screen cable TV, and air conditioner. A comfortable bed and desk for study.
The rest of the apartment has a kitchen with everything else you need - a washer and dryer, personal storage areas, refrigerator, gas stove and oven, and fresh towels and linens are provided to every guest.
The complex is shared by two professional males, who mostly keep to themselves but also enjoy good company. We keep the apartment clean, and would appreciate if you do the same.
This location is minutes from the T (Boston's subway), and less than 30 seconds to a bus stop that will take you to Harvard, Central Square, or MIT. There is one off-street parking spot for those who need. Please inquire if you desire.
Also, there are plenty of cheap eats and restaurants nearby.
7 min walk to Sullivan Sq
David hosted me for a week. I was moving to Boston and I needed some place to stay for a week before I could find a place for myself. He was very helpful right from the beginning. He called me to find out when I was arriving to his place. I got a weekend parking with his weekend pass for street parking. The room is clean and warm and perfect for one person. Two people can adjust though the bed is just for one. The place was quiet and roommates were very nice to talk to. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. Kitchen is not very big but if you are a light cooker it is good.
David is easy to talk to and you can ask him anything about Boston. I enjoy my stay at David's place.
Very comfortable and casual place, I had a nice view of the sunset and fireworks out the bedroom window! David was very welcoming and hospitable and took my call several times for help with local directions. Thanks for your help David!
I and my friend checked in around midnight and David was so hospitably welcoming to us. He also helped carrying the luggage upstairs. He gave us all necessary instructions to make the living accommodation easier (room keys, WiFi, bathroom etc.). The room that we stay already had the pillows and mattresses ready. Overall, our experience with David was fairly good.
hey David is a cool guy and his place was great for my weekend stay. Very close to the subway!
David is a nice guy and easy to work with. Everything went great, had the parking for the car, decent and clean room and restroom. The house was warm in such a cold weather outside. David was nice enough to give info on where to eat and where to go. I recommend his place for other.
I stayed at Davids place for 2 nights and he couldn't have been a better host. He was really helpful in giving advice on things to do and how to get around as well as being really welcoming! His apartment is as you see on the profile, perfect if you want a great location and if your only in need a place to rest your head. Great value, perfectly clean. Would definitely stay again!
We spent one night here and had a good stay. The location was convenient but really hard to find due to lack of street signs and one war roads. The room was large, comfortable, and private, though could have used a bit more cleaning. Overall good experience.
So this was my first "airbnb adventure". The place will be as described and seen in the pictures. It is an ideal place if you are working downtown: It's a 10 minute walk to Sullivan Sq and a 10 minute commute to the city center (at most). David is a great, uncomplicated host who will take good care of you and is resourceful when you need anything at all. I enjoyed my stay very much and was sad to leave.
Promete lo que ofrece. Bien para ser un sitio de paso. Económico y cercano al centro
Dave is a great host, very easy going and gave plenty of good tips for me to check out. The place itself is perfect for any travellers looking to stay a couple of nights. Big enough, great location being a few mins away from the subway, and very safe neighbourhood. Good beers down the road at 'Tavern at the end of the road' too. Would consider if I ever return... Cheers!
