This location and view is amazing. Wayne makes a great breakfast. If you have mobility issues there are gorgeous steps to the house. Take time to enjoy the art embedded in the house itself as well as the many local and national southwest artists represented in the home. We had the smaller room and loved it very much. Great bed.

The view from my room was spectacular and the home itself was jam packed with personality. My bed was so comfy I overslept! It was chilly when I was there, but in the summer I'd like to enjoy a glass of wine out on the terraces!

Though we only stayed one night, we wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy it even more. There were plenty of outdoor spaces and windows that we used to enjoy the expansive starscape at night and the mountain views during the day. The pueblo easy to find, decorated beautifully, and everything was comfortable and homey. Although there wasn't a microwave, the kitchen had plenty of cookware accessible, which Wayne used to make us and the other guests a substantial breakfast in the morning. Over breakfast, we got to meet and interact with the other guests, and after breakfast, we got to check out a clear horizon full of peaks from the top of Wayne's nearby studio. Overall, this place was great!

I stayed at Wayne's house for two nights while visiting Bend for outdoor recreation. Wayne's house is beautiful inside and out, and the views are unbeatable. He took us up to his rooftop for star gazing in the evening, and I was able to enjoy fantastic views of Bend and the Three Sisters while he prepared excellent breakfasts. Wayne is a great host and very enjoyable company. I'll keep this place in mind when staying over in Bend in the future, and would recommend it to singles or couples looking for a great place to stay with an exceptional host.
