The apartment is spacious studio style and full of light and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and 2 arm chairs. There is a large wardrobe in which to store your luggage and which divides the dining and kitchen area from the bedroom with its large comfortable double bed. The bathroom is large with a bath/shower, toilet and bidet. The Tiziano apartment is almost the same as the Ammanati apartment which is right next door.
Tiziano Suite is located in the beautiful elegant Palazzo and is graced with a reception area, on site assistance and all the comforts you would expect of your own home. The apartment is very quiet and the outdoor terracotta paved courtyard is peaceful and ideal for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day at your own table and chairs where you can also take your breakfast, lunch and dinner in the warmer months.
The Palazzo has its own underground parking area which is available to all guests at a minimal daily fee of 20 euro. There is a free laundry with washers and dryers available on site for clients use. For families with a baby there is also a cot available on request at not extra cost. The apartment has satellite TV and free WI FI connection.
On entering the main door of the Palazzo there is a reception area with onsite assistance and there is also an underground garage which is available to clients for a small daily fee of 18 euro.
There is a fresh fruit and vegetable market a few minutes walk and also a supermarket. The Palazzo is just across the road from what was once Michelangel's house, now a beautiful museum and also a few minutes walk from the church of Santa Croce. All other monuments are within a 10 minute walk. The Santa Croce area boasts a selection of restaurant, pizzeria and enoteca (wine bars).
If you require the services of an informative entertaining tour guide to see Florence or take a trip through the beautiful Chianti hills please let me know and I can arrange everything.
I highly recommend this apartment and the Palazzo more broadly. We had a great stay here for over a week.
The apartment was great - clean, modern, with a great courtyard. We appreciated the location, which was close enough to the city but also away from the tourists and noise.
But hands down the best part was the staff. Rachid was super helpful; he gave great suggestions on things to do and helped make reservations for us. He was very patient with all our questions.
Overall - I would strong recommend this place.
A lovely apartment, large, quiet, and well equipped, with a patio with table, and chairs. The location was perfect for me, and good restaurants are in the neighbourhood. I'd have to say, though, that there are two drawbacks: if you want to cook, staples, even salt, are not provided. Next time I'd pack a small assortment. The other is the dim lighting, fine if you only want to watch TV, but not good for reading or working on a computer with a black keyboard.
The apartment is lovely, comfortable, clean and quiet - close to the centre of Florence but not in middle of the tourist hordes, and close to a supermarket and a little veggie market. Leah was easy to deal with and responded to enquiries promptly, and her colleague Rachid (who is in the apartment building in business hours) was also very helpful.
We particularly appreciated the central heating, the well equipped kitchen and the washing machine access/drying rack. The only improvement would be including some basics like dishwashing liquid/sponges/toilet paper, which are annoying to buy on holiday.
Excellent location, and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent communication leading up to the rental. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.
Others have mentioned that the kitchen is small and not stocked with staples -- this is true. But with all the excellent food in Florence, who wants to cook anyway! The kitchen has everything you need to store and reheat leftovers.
I am not that impress with this place.
The first morning the neighbors upstairs where there and we sure heard them. The air condition is noisy and the apartment is large but it is poorly equipped, not even a lamp in the living room.
What is it with dish soap and hand soap ? Do people really fly carrying dish soap in a suitcase ? Attention to detail is not part of this deal .
It is also a long walk from the centro.
One good thing was the welcoming people were really nice, but it' not enough for me to go back.

Nice and spacious apartment with an airy courtyard.
The Palazzo is beautiful! My apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, AND had a large private balcony. The staff are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend the Palazzo for your trip to Florence.
Everything to do with organising my stay here was made easy because Leah is so professional and friendly. The Palazzo is in a great location and is clean and functional. A very cool hide away in summer with a lovely couryard.
The Florence apartment is perfect. It’s a very modern unit with every amenity you might need. It’s very close to all the action in the downtown Florence area without being in the middle of it. The unit was very quiet and easy to get to. Everything is a short walk … in fact it’s a nice walk because it gave us a chance to enjoy the city a bit more. The place is pretty easy to find. Now that I know where it is it is very easy to find. Not being from the area and not being able to read the Italian signs fast enough we took a slightly scenic route to get there. However, the trick is … make a right on via delle Casine (from Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia) and follow it to the end, make a right at you are there.
We really appreciated the easy access for our car for both in and out access. We took side trips to Pisa and Sienna. Both are just an hour away and very easy drives. We also took the car across the river to the Piazzale Michelangelo – it can be walked in 20 minutes or driven in 5 minutes quite easily from the apartment.
I recommend Tiziano & Courtyard @ the Palazzo. Leah and the team made it very easy. We will be back.
