About This Listing
Charming mini Loft in Paris In the St Germain des Prés area.
Located on the second floor of an historical building of the 17th century recently renovated. The studio allows up to four sleeps, a king size beds and a queen size bed on the mezanine. Four meters high celling, hard wood floor, stone wall will complete the charm of this unit. The apartment is 45m² (approx 400sqft) with a fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. Two high windows will give you a wonderfull view on the Mabillon Crossroad and the street of Paris. The apartment remain very quite from street noise and neighbours. You will be less than 10 minutes walk to most of the touristic attractions such as The Louvre Museum, Saint Germain des Prés, Saint Michel, Notre Dame, Champs Elysées, Opéra. The closest metro station is just down the building, station Mabillon.
The apartment is the best deal for a smal family, a couple for a romantic stay...
For your convinience, I provide Wif and cable TV.
This apartment does not suit 4 adults only 2. The location is great andthe room has great feel and amenities for 2 adults
The neighborhood was the perfect place for me to be situated for a few days in Paris. Every major place was within walking distance and the area itself was lovely. Jerome made the process very easy by giving very detailed instructions about getting into the apartment.
This space is so awesome! Really really recommend!
Jerome gave good directions as to how to get in and the keys were conveniently located and entrance easy. Location is good, and right next to the metro, but the apartment is extremely noisy, and if you are a light sleeper, it is impossible to sleep. Its right of the Boulevard St Germain, and on the weekend, you can hear everything. The apartment is great for one person, but not more than that. I stayed with a work colleague, and the apartment was way too small (the numerous photos make it appear larger than it is). The flat had an average level of cleanliness. It wasn't dirty, but it also wasn't super clean. A bit dusty, and my colleague was having some type of reaction to something in the apartment. I explained this to Jerome and ask if we could move. He offered to put us in another flat of his at the same price, which was generous, but this was not what we are looking for, and he not willing to work out any other options. Overall, I would say that this flat would be good for a single traveler, but not appropriate for two people, a family or a couple.
Jesse, is my worst guest EVER!!!!
He even asked me to not write a bad comment on him... hahaha what a joke!
He was a very trouble. He non stop complained from the minute he arrived and made statement about size and cleaness of the apartment. Before going any further I offered him a bigger apartment at the same price, or to send again the cleaner, but he refused.
I went to meet him to arrange the issue, but he refused all my arrangements. He keept arguing the apartment was too small and look bigger on the pictures. I'm sorry but the descritption is more than accurate, you can even read the number of square meters. It's my duty to make the pictures very good looking, like everyone do. If you had read closer the presentation you would understand that you rent a studio and not a two bed room, it's even more clear when your watch the photos.
The apartment is not that noisy, you are in the very center of Paris, you can imagine there is some activity.
It's the first time someone write the apartment is not appropriate for a couple or a small family. Please do not talk of what you ignore.
I can't help you taking the decision that are good for you. I just have to help you having the best time in my places.
