Newly renovated mountaintop lodge just 3 miles to Downtown Asheville. Guests will enjoy plenty of space on three levels with breathtaking views from two decks, and the hot tub, overlooking the Beaverdam area of Asheville.

The space
Three bedrooms, three baths, and three living areas allow guests to spread out when necessary while the large dining table and kitchen island invite guests to commune for a meal, conversation, or game night.

The lowest level boasts a pool table, 65" TV and it's own deck.

Note that there is a locked storage area used for cleaning and maintenance supplies.

Other things to note
*WINTER:
This is a mountain house! Roads to the house are considered steep and narrow by some and can become hazardous when the occasional winter storm hits. 4WD vehicles are recommended! No refunds will be given due to weather or road conditions.

**BEARS:
Guests are advised that this area is inhabited by bears. Please be alert when outdoors and keep children and pets close. These bears are capable of opening car doors so it is recommended that all food is removed from vehicles and that all doors be kept locked. Property owners are not responsible for damage done to vehicles or any other guest property left outdoors.

***NO PARTIES:
The home is located in a peaceful serene neighborhood. If you’re looking for a place for a large or loud celebration, this is NOT it. Good luck in your search.
All outdoor activities shall cease at 10pm and anything continuing indoors will be done at a lower level of volume.
There is a security camera on the garage that displays the driveway and the entry to the front porch. There is also a camera located on the back deck that shows all activity on the deck.

****Additionally, it is advised that shoes be worn on the stairs as they are on the steeper side.
