The 4 Agreements Home is a one bedroom Guest hideaway decked out in a Modern Contemporary vibe. Private entrances, with off the street parking, will allow you to be off in your own world while so close to Paine Field, Everett Mall, many restaurants, parks, and health clubs.

The space
12' ceilings give this one bedroom studio dwelling the feeling of a space twice its size. The home's paint scheme, blends seamlessly with its colored lights to give this space the modern look with a homey feel. It boasts a: Full kitchen, Full-bathroom (Shower, sink, toilet), coffee pots/coffee, popcorn popper (in case you feel like a movie night watched on the 50 in TV on the wall in the living room, or the 42 in Roku TV which resides in the bedroom), wi-fi, cable, Large collection of books to both explore and or accept as a free gift from us if you like. (One book per booking please).

For your safety, the property is protected by security cameras. There is also Private, off the street parking: One space per booking. If more are needed, accommodations may be able to addressed dependent upon availability.

I allow my guest to have the space and freedom to the degree in which they seek. I am constantly doing routine maintenance and upgrades around the property, so if a guest has a question and or a concern, I am routinely easy to get a hold of.
