The space
This is our NEW tent listing in Lucile, Idaho (Near Riggins): Please note: This furnished tent has no electricity. If you need an outlet to charge a phone, etc we can provide that in the ranch store.

What if you could SKIP getting up ULTRA early to pack gear, only to drive to your favorite campsite and find out it's booked? What if you could make a last minute decision to go camping and have everything set up and waiting for you when you arrive, giving you more time with your special people~ and still have a few of your favorite conveniences?

This is what we offer here at the 7U Ranch. This is tent #2 of the 2 tents we offer along Elfers Creek.-.-.-We welcome you to our ranch nestled in the mountains above the Salmon River in Lucile, Idaho (near Riggins). We have 2 relaxing tent options to choose from. (See my profile for more options)

Inside our 14' x 16' tent you'll find a walnut framed queen bed with clean bedding and end tables handcrafted from walnut grown on our ranch. You'll also find 2 relaxing recliners as well as a beautiful handmade walnut coffee table. PLUS:
* A dresser for your things (with extra blankets, cast iron fry pan, utensils inside)
* Towels, soap and wash clothes for the outdoor camp shower
* A coffee press, raw sugar, coffee mugs & organic coffee and tea
* A wood stove, wood and matches (during cold months)
* Soft, comfortable carpet
* Battery lights and (fan in summer)
* Photography from our ranch (this tent is cattle themed)
Outside your tent you'll find:
* A deck with a beautiful view and two deck chairs
* A small table with an outdoor camp grill for meal prep
* A cooler with ice packs, 2 gallons spring water from our ranch (can be refilled) and pasture fed cream and any pastured meats you've pre-ordered from our ranch website. (Meats are frozen and we can start them thawing for you)
* Fire pit area off near the deck (No fires during fire season please)

Near the tent:
*A small store above the tent (up the trail) where we leave your pressed coffee and muffin tray every morning at 8AM Mountain Standard time)(We'll send you a text when it's ready)
* A hiking loop with signs for exploring the ranch and beautiful views. (Please keep pets on a leash for animal safety - we have working dogs, cattle, hogs, sheep and chickens on the ranch
* A small pond below the tents


A short walk from the parking area, nestled under the walnut trees, you'll find your relaxing get-away along Elfer's Creek with your private fire pit area.

~We're a working ranch/farm, so during your stay you might see us working with our cattle, sheep, hogs, Jersey cows, or cattle dogs. If you're curious, we'd love to answer any questions and visit, but otherwise we'll just give you your space.

*Listen to the sounds of the creek creek and re-energize, while sipping pressed coffee on the deck of your cozy wall tent, overlooking the creek in our walnut Grove.

*Pick up pastured meats, and raw dairy for your breakfast, lunch or dinner from our nearby ranch store. (Meats are frozen) Or, have delicious ranch raised food waiting in a cooler for you at the tent when you arrive, by placing an order on our website.

We're Super excited to share some of the beautiful views with you. No need for sleeping bags - one less thing to pack - So, come unwind.

We are located at the end of our gravel mountain road (with signs) , so there is a lot of privacy and opportunity to unwind in nature and still be close enough to hiking trails, hunting, fishing and rafting activities.
*3.5 hour drive from Boise, Idaho
*2 hour drive from Lewiston, Idaho
*20 minute drive to Riggins (restaurants and rafting)
*35 minute drive to Rapid River Trailhead
* Hiking and hunting up Cow Creek Road (We are 1 mile off of Cow Creek Road
* Wild plums, cherries, apricots, apples and blackberries grow in season along the hiking trail
*20 minute drive to companies offering outdoor activities: rafting, jet boat rides, fishing trips and more.
* Local Espresso shops and restaurants 20 minutes away
* ATV Trails nearby
*Explore Lucile Caves -15 minute drive
* The Salmon River is 2.5 miles from our tents
* There are several small beaches and swimming holes along the Salmon River nearby.

My husband Seth and I, along with our 3 kids, have always loved the outdoors, animals, and all things healing.
