Calm and convenient location

This renovated basement studio apartment with AC is ideally located between Bratislava’s historic Old Town and the modern business district. Most of the city’s main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. The nearby Danube riverfront offers plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars, making it a great place to relax.
The studio is also just a 5-minute walk from the main bus station, with direct connections to Vienna International Airport approximately every 30 minutes

The space
The studio faces the backyard and has a private entrance through a small patio. It is about 40 m² and features a spacious living room connected to a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large closet. There is also a sofabed that can accommodate an extra person.

The studio includes plenty of amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, hair dryer, iron, kettle, oven and WiFi. A baby crib and high chair are available on request.

There is floor heating in the bathroom, and you can control the temperature using the thermostat on the brick wall.
To adjust the temperature, slide open the right side of the thermostat.
1. Press the “sun” button.
2. Press TEMP and set the desired temperature using the sun (up) or moon (down) buttons.
3. Press OK.
