This townhouse offers unique opportunity to be in a quiet, tree clad residential neighborhood and short walk from a vibrant area with restaurants, shops, pubs and more. On a warm day you can enjoy a nice community pool. Claremont Colleges are within walking distance. Brief, less than 2-mile drive will take you to Historic Route 66. Where, you can find many stores and eateries to enjoy along the street.

The space
Modern, two story, bright and comfortable 1660 SF townhouse in the Village Walk.
The upper floor has a living/dining/kitchen, master suite, and one separate room which share a full bathroom with guests. All rooms have closets.

The lower level offers garage access and a bedroom suite with full bath and a closet.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking: rice-cooker, microwave, tea kettle, water heater, coffee maker, pots and frying pans, spices, tea and coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil and soy sauce.

There are two balconies on the top floor. The one connected with the living room offers corner view toward the street. The master suite balcony has a side view. Both have sitting to enjoy the nice weather.

There is a two-car garage at lower level. Street parking is free during the day and no street parking at night.

Central Location, walking distance to restaurants, shops, pubs, coffee shops and renown Claremont colleges. Major grocery stores are less than 2 miles away.
