“Arizona Territorial” home on 1.2 acres with patios, porches, fountains, pool, spa and fire-pit, conveniently located for hiking, golf and biking near Mount Lemon. We seek weekly rentals from May to November ... prefer 10 day rentals for Thanksgiving and Christmas, Monthly rentals for peak season months of February, March and April.

The space
Open design completely renovated with new kitchen, bath, flooring and decor. A variety of ample indoor and outdoor living spaces to host adult children, grandchildren and good friends for winter getaways and holiday entertaining.

We offer a private drive with individual access to the entire home set into a classic desert landscape with specimen trees, and custom seating areas for garden, sky and wildlife viewing

Other things to note
Our property is located near Mount Lemon where Lance Armstrong trained. The route of the Tour de Tucson bike race travels past the end of our street and a mile away the “Buzz” Café, our local gourmet coffee shop, is often the meeting place for professional or novice bikers to meet. There are golf courses and tennis courts nearby accessible to guests on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
