  • It was a delight to stay at Sues' home. We felt very welcomed. The house was clean, comfortable with lots of little touches like having a private sunroom. Also Sues home is in a great location if you are wanting to visit the fairy penguins and so accessible to Cradle and the Western Tiers area.

  • Sue was a welcoming and warm host. She was fabulous with my son and DID play Monopoly with him. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would stay again.

    Response from Sue:

    My pleasure

  • Once again, Sue, thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay. Your home is the perfect place to stay on the coast and the view from the sunroom is glorious. We hope to see you again when next we come north.

  • My husband and I stayed at Sue's beautiful home in West Ulverstone March (phone number hidden). Sue is a gracious host and makes you feel right at home. She was very helpful telling us places to visit while in her area. Her home is just across the street from beach access and there is possible penquin sightings at night. Sue has a sweet dog named Sophie that is very friendly. We had a clean spacious room, a sun room with tv, comfy chairs and a generous breakfast left out each morning. We loved the area and loved meeting Sue and would come back to stay at her home again.

  • Thanks Sue for a very pleasant stay. Your house is very comfortable. Pity you couldn't arrange some penguins for us the night we stayed.

  • Sue is lovely and her house is what we were looking for. It is a great spot for penguin viewing - be patient.
    Loved our time with Sue.

    Response from Sue:

Overrun with penguins last 2 nights.......Carol would have loved it

  • On top of the large bedroom we had access to our own lounge complete with a fridge and tv.
Great Thai restaurant called Pluny's in Pengoin around the corner.

  • We only stayed 1 night. Sue is very nice and the place is comfortable and 20 meters from the beach!

    February 2014
  • Sue was a great lady. She also has a lovely dog! She had everything clean and fresh for me, and provided me with goodies (fruit, honey, cereal, etc). I had my own TV/sun room. She also offered some tips on what to see around the place. I had a ball the next day visiting Wings Wildlife Park about 1/2 hour from town. The drive is so serene. And another 1/2 hour to Leven Canyon. She doesn't have wifi but I found a new café/restaurant in town (on the corner across from Subway) that have it.

    February 2014
  • Sue's house was great. Very clean. Quiet. Beautiful. With a brilliant view, scenery that was as close to the beach as you can get, your own room, your own extra room with amenities, fridge, kettle, bathroom, toilet, etc.

Sue was friendly, welcoming and made us feel at home.
