Completely refurbished with brand new fittings and furniture throughout it is a very modern and comfortable accommodation with great views to the mountains and lake and only 2 mins walk to down town!!
Spread over 3 levels, this spacious townhouse has a large lounge/dining/kitchen with commanding views over the lake and town. Heaters in all rooms, electric blankets and under tile heating in bathrooms.

MIDDLE LEVEL :
The 3 bedrooms all with en-suites are located on this level
This is also the main entry level and is accessed off Hallenstein Street, so only one flight of stairs to get to living area
GROUND LEVEL :
The 4th bedroom has a good kitchenette as this room doubles as the 2nd living room as well as a bedroom, this room also has a shared en-suite with private lockable doors. Ideal for the kids, anyone seeking some separation from the group and the main top level living area.
1 garage for the car, ski gear, or bikes, plus 1 car park outside the garage, plus free parking right outside on Hallenstein Street.
Entry can also be obtained from this level from either the garage or 4th bedroom/living area sliding door
Downstairs is a separate small kitchenette and lounge/dining room for those that want their own space.
The whole house is yours to enjoy.

Other Things to Note
Please note there is a strict parking policy for the central courtyard.
1) Vans, trucks, caravans, large vehicles are not permitted at any time.
2) Only one car per apartment.
3) Cars must be parallel parked in front of the apartment entrance.
4) Watch your speed in the courtyard please.
Anytime after 3:00PM (unless otherwise agreed) directly at the property. The property is fitted with a lock-box (see ‘Property entry’ details below).
Checkout time is by 10.00AM (unless otherwise agreed). Please leave the key in the lockbox where you found it, as you leave.
* PLEASE NOTE: Unadvised late checkouts can severely affect our ability to service the property and will incur additional charges of $40.00/hour.
The keys are in a lockbox next to the front door. Please give the property manager, a call/email at least 3 days before you arrive to confirm your arrival. They can also walk you through the operation of the house for your comfort.
Please make sure to return the keys there and lock upon departure. Please return the key after each use to ensure it cannot be lost. This will also ensure that one key will suffice when individual guests return to the property separately.
* PLEASE NOTE: Failure to return the key to the lock-box at checkout may result in a $200.00 key and lock-box replacement charge.
Standard cleaning upon departure is included in your rental, however we do ask that you leave the house tidy, with dishes put through a dishwasher cycle, the BBQ cleaned if used and any spills or marks taken care of.
Standard cleaning for this property should not exceed 3 hours. Where the house is left in an unreasonable condition and the cleaning exceeds this time frame, the additional housekeeping charges will be charged to your bond at the cost rate of $40.00+GST/hour.
Please dispose of all rubbish in to either the recycling wheelie (blue lid) or in the blue rubbish bags or you may put rubbish into the communal rubbish wheelie bins (these are located in the central area toward the back of the complex and are chained to the wall). Clean paper, cans, glass, plastics, metal can be put in the recycling wheelie bin. Do not put any food scraps, dirty or smelly rubbish in the recycling bin. Use the rubbish bags for this purpose. Rubbish day is Wednesdays.
Upon completion of your stay the housekeeper will perform a basic property check and will report any breakages or damage to the property. Provided there aren’t any issues, that you check-out on time and that cleaning doesn’t exceed 3 hours, your bond will be refunded to the payment source within 5-7 days of check-out. To ensure our housekeeper can locate all linen allocated to your stay please ensure that all linen remains at the property on beds or in the bathrooms
If you find something to not be working or damaged upon entry please let the property manager know immediately.
No Smoking inside
Smoking is not permitted in the house and ashes and butts are not to be left on the grounds of the property.
Unadvised guests, parties and events
Your booking is strictly limited to the number of guests agreed and no additional stay-over guests are allowed. Further, under no circumstances are parties or special events to be held at the property. Where these rules are breached, you may be asked to leave the property and your bond may be forfeit.
Any damage or breakage may be charged for at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the renter to prove any damages are accidental, however the final decision on liability rests with the owner of the property. That being said, we are reasonable and sensible, just like you.
Tim was fast to respond to queries and helpful with the AirBnB process. The property was lovely. Parking on the street is snatched up fast so keep that in mind... if you have a few cars. Great views. Short 3 minute walk down to Queenstown but very steep hike back up the hill. Good for fit people but wouldn't be ideal for the not very able bodied. Excellent place for family gatherings. Thankful for a great experience. Warm and cozy.

The instructions on how to get to the house were very clear & easy to follow & on arrival the house was very warm & welcoming, but the thing that struck us all was the most amazing view of the Remarkables ( those mountains are so accurately named)! From the living room balcony you look straight out at them & down the lake, it's truly awesome! It was such a great location, five minute walk to the beautiful gardens & skate park which pleased my son immensely! & equally, a five minute walk to the centre of town where so much is happening! We were lucky to be here to witness extremes in the weather, hot on arrival & full on snow latterly. We were very cosy here with the fire going & a glass of wine in hand after a busy day! The house is well equipped & most importantly, it has very comfy beds:)

Tim's Downtown Queensland apartment is a high-quality apartment in a great location is Queenstown (but could there be a bad location in this great town?).
It is spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and well-equipped. And the view is stunning. Well-placed, just a couple of minutes from the centre, it's in the ideal spot, although the walk back up the hill is a little challenging. We didn't meet Tim but his property manage, Juliet, was helpful and informative.
This is, quite simply, a wonderful place to spend a day or two, or more.

This is a beautiful property in very good condition. We were a larger group and the layout and space of the unit make it easy for some of us to socialize on the upper level and others to relax on the lower level without disturbing each other. The views are as good as they look on the pictures provided and the location makes it very easy to get into town.
Our group of friends absolutely loved staying in this home. Easy 5 minute walk to town, incredibly spacious and convenient townhouse, and great views!
