Welcome to the Walker House on Bremond! This home, built around 1895, is in the heart of original Lufkin and was renovated in 2019 back to its state of beauty, with many authentic features preserved. As impressive as the interior of the home is its location: walking distance to downtown Lufkin and within a block of several event spaces including the Convention Center and Museum of East Texas. The home combines an appreciation of history with updated amenities and private backyard!

The space
The home offers three bedrooms (the smaller bedrooms are adjoined) with a combination of new and antique furniture. The kitchen is small but functional with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and new stove/oven. The refurbished bathroom includes a double vanity and large mirror. The living room with sectional sofa and Suddenlink cable, along with a sunroom and eight-seat dining room, offers a very comfortable common area. Motion lights, updated locks, and fenced back patio space, with entrance to the house from the driveway, provide strong security.

Note: There is a second black entry door on the front porch that opens to an entirely separate section of the house. This area is not yet renovated and currently inaccessible to guests.
