PRIVATE APARTMENT is just in the most awesome area!!
I don't think there are any hotels near here.
It's right between OMOTESANDO and HARAJUKU.
FREE mobile Wi-Fi pocket-size router included.
It is in the apartment waiting for you.
This place makes me so energetic. Great Cafe around the corner named NALU with awesome food. Famous tonkatsu (fried pork) restaurant ( MAISEN )nearby as well .
New shopping building opened in 2012 is about 7 minutes away, the TOKYU PLAZA. Nice open area on the 6th floor to get Starbucks coffee and enjoy the view and weather.
This is my favorite upscale, chill, place in Tokyo!! It's in a residential district but only 5 minutes walk to Omotesando station and most of the walk is lined by restaurants and shops.
You can get to Harajuku station in 8 minutes, much longer if the street is crowded like most afternoons. This is where you can see all the awesomely dressed people in Harajuku. You can start shopping basically when you walk out the door. Not to mention the numerous salons around this area. I think there are like 5,000 plus, so go get yourself a haircut!!
Exit this apartment and turn right and this same road turns into the famous shopping street of Harajuku. It's only 5 minutes away from the eccentric area of Harajuku and all the cool shops you could imagine! Walk a few minutes farther and you will be in Yoyogi Park. A great place to see the cherry blossoms in the early spring and not to mention the famous MEIJI JINGU Shrine.

Will was responsive, the apartment was exactly as described in a nice walkable location. Would recommend.
The apartment is located in a great area. It is couple blocks off of Omontesando in a small street. The communication with Will was very efficient and direct. He responded within minutes to messages sent via Airbnb. His directions finding the apartment were very clear. It was also very helpful that a printed book with all the instructions for the apartment were left on the table.
Very professional and well thought out. Our stay was smooth and comfortable. Thanks!
Will was a wonderful host. He is very communicative and easy to reach before we arrived and also after we checked in. His place is extremely well-located in the residential back streets within approximately equidistant walking distance of both Harajuku and Omotesando. The immediate neighborhood has cute boutiques and cafes as well as convenience stores. The place itself was comfortable and has everything you need, including pocket wi-if which is absolutely essential unless you want to buy an international data plan from your carrier. For those of you who have never been to Japan, it seems many apartments here are small and cozy -- about the size of a standard cruise ship stateroom. Will's extremely detailed instructions may seem overwhelming at first but were ABSOLUTELY necessary to help you find your way to the place. Our taxi driver got lost even with GPS assistance, as Will explains in his commentary. He is a pro, just trust his advice. I would definitely stay here again.
Good location. Will is nice and patient to answer our questions. But the place was really narrow for five people. We could only change the place of futons to let five of us to have enough place to space.
Overall, we had a good experience in this listing. The place is near train stations and some good cafes around Omotesando. The pictures in the posting were accurate and Will gave clear instructions on how to go about his place. Towels were clean, Pocket wifi was fast and there were umbrellas in the balcony that you can borrow. However, the floor and some bed sheets were not that clean though. Aside from those, everything was okay. I would recommend this place for those who are traveling to Tokyo.

Nice to meet you. My name is Will. I love hosting on airbnb and it is my life. It is tons of fun and there are new surprises every day! I have met so many interesting people as a host and I look forward to those I will meet in the future.
I am a sports fan, reader, movie goer, and I like to try new things. I play golf, basketball, and just about any sport you can think of. I love ramen, yakiniku, yakitori, and shabu shabu here in Japan. I love to try pizza all over the world when I travel.
Relationships are the most important thing for me in my personal life as well as business. I like to go out and have a good time with my friends and meet new people.
I have learned so much from my over three years as an airbnb host and I am pleased to say I have most questions answered for you before you ask them, whether it be in the description of the listing or in the detail I supply you with at confirmation. Still, I am always thinking of ways to make the guest experience more comfortable, efficient, and hassle free. This is my goal as a host. I will continue to get more places every month so I can host more travelers. I want everyone to see Tokyo at least once!
Tokyo is a great place to come and people from all over the world visit here making it a truly international city. I love Tokyo and seeing the amazing sights and people. It is a great place to explore and every day can be different. This is an awesome destination for walkers and wanders filled with friendly people, tasty restaurants, and plenty of lights. My tip is to make the initial contact with Japanese people because they are typically shy at first. They will be happy to try to practice their English with you.
Hope I can host you soon! May your trip to Tokyo be as amazing as my 7 years here has been!
