The apartment was easy to find and we were greeted by Teresa at the door. She helped us settle in and gave us the WiFi pass-code. I was not expecting the 16 Euro for the Rome tourist tax. The apartment is a split floor plan with two separate suites and a shared kitchen in the middle. There was cereal, cakes, yogurt, milk, coffee and juice to eat and drink every day.
Nice b&b, very good location, we really enjoyed being on a walking distance to colosseo and historic area.
The host was waiting for us at the appt to hand in the keys.
We felt perfectly confortable even if the other room was occupied by other guests.
Hot water was missing but was fixed quickely after we contacted the host.
We highly recommand this place.
Perfect location for seeing the Colloseum, Vatican, Villa Borghese etc. We walked to everything-didn't even use a bus. Rome is noisy but with the airconditioning had great sleeps. We eventually found small markets for groceries, great gelato and restaurants within a couple of blocks.
Teresa responded quickly when we had a problem with the hot water not working. Breakfast: I enjoyed the milk and yogurt provided but would have enjoyed fruit as a previous reviewer had said there would be. White bread, jam and cereal is also provided. I personally love having a kettle to make tea and a frig.
I would definitely go here again because of the location and room and shower are a nice size. Kathleen
The place is very well located, clean and spacious.
I definitely recommend it for your visit to Rome.
GREAT LOCATION! WALKING DISTANCE TO THE COLISEUM,RESTAURANTS AND MOST MAJOR ATTRACTIONS.
CLEAN. THE ONLY REASON WE DID NOT GIVE A FIVE STAR RATING WAS THAT SOME OF THE KITCHEN APPLIANCES AND THEIR USE WERE UNFAMILIAR TO US AND WE HAD TO FEND FOR OURSELVES. A LITTLE HELPFUL INFORMATION WOULD HAVE MADE IT EASIER FOR US!!!
WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.
I had a very short and pleasant stay at Teresa's airbnb. It's very bright, clean and close to a lot of the sites such as the Colosseum and Roman Forum. It's also very close to a subway stop. Though I didn't get a chance to meet Teresa, Giuly was there to greet us and was very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would return again!
Great location, we were walking distance from The Coliseum, restaurants and most locations for which Rome is famous. We did not give it a five star because some of the kitchen appliances were unfamiliar to us and did require further explanation. Some trial and error solved our problem, but we were left to fend for ourselves. The bedroom lighting was insufficient at night and so we could not read. We would stay here again.
