From boat rides to beach volleyball, early morning swims in beautiful Lake Simcoe to afternoon paddles, the start of summer means a whole new roster of seasonal activities, from active to relaxing, and everything in between.
Recreation rentals, non-motorized watercraft, bikes and sports equipment, are usually available 11am-7pm at the Outdoor Adventure Ctr on the Beach. All rentals are first-come basis.

Enjoy this luxurious 2 story (2nd and 3rd floor), double balcony with a huge 2nd floor terrace for some rest and relaxation. This modern and comfortable unit can accommodate up to 7 guests and has all the comforts of your home away from home and much more (PlayStation in the bunk-bed room for optional entertainment).

Things are warming up. We’re hanging up our parkas and transitioning into light jackets. Whether it’s a casual morning stroll, or a brisk bike ride through the Nature Preserve, get out and explore as the Resort bursts into bloom this season!
BIKE RENTALS
Tour the Resort or hit the trails through the Nature Preserve. We have an assortment of bikes that enable you to take in the beauty of Friday Harbour at whatever pace you desire.
Mountain bikes, cruisers, and fat bikes* are all available to rent on a first-come-first-served basis from the Outdoor Adventure Centre on the Beach. Depending on the conditions of our trails, our Team will recommend the best bike for you. Training wheels are not available.
GUIDED EXCURSIONS
Whether trekking through the trails by bike or taking a leisurely stroll to search for flora and fauna, our Team will make sure you don’t miss a thing.
FITNESS
Celebrate spring by getting outside and playing pickle ball, basketball, and tennis or check out our calendar for upcoming fitness classes.
FUN FOR ALL AGES
From outdoor experiments to scavenger hunts, there are plenty of activities for kids and families this season!
