Visiting Geauga County for a class/family reunion, Century Village Wedding or a Holiday weekend? This space will accommodate all your needs. Getaway from the city & enjoy all that Historic Burton or "Pancake Town USA" has to offer.

The space
*2 living rooms, large kitchen and dining room. 2 full bathrooms 1 on each floor. 3 bedrooms upstairs. All rooms can have ample natural light.
* Very quiet neighborhood with the Village's amenities a short walk away. Coffee shop, antique shops & modern fare kitchen / taverns just outside the door step.
* Downstairs living rooms are fully furnished. Large sectional in one with 2 comfortable love seats in second room. Both areas have 50" & 43" UHD TV's. High Speed 100 MPS WIFI is available throughout the home.
* 3rd small living space can be used as an office, game room, & has sofa that pulls out into a full size bed.
* Large kitchen with new LG convection oven & microwave. All necessary cooking tools are available. Combination K Cup and drip coffee system. In addition there is a dishwasher & refrigerator equipped with ice maker. Gas BBQ grill is right outside the kitchen.
* Separate dining room with table ready to entertain.
* Upstairs bedrooms are very cozy. Larger master size room with queen bed. 2nd bedroom with queen bed and full bed. 3rd room with single full size bed. WI FI connected television Master Bedroom.
*Front porch overlooks Burton Village square with a swing & covered area.
* Large back yard with attached deck. Ample shade from the trees around the property. Picnic table & BBQ grill are close to the kitchen.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the main house, front/back porch and the back yard. 3 car garage and apartment are separate and no access for guests.

Other things to note
This home has been well maintained for a century home and maintains those characteristics. Inside door locks bathrooms etc. require usage of separate hook style lock to maintain privacy in the space. 2 bathrooms neither are master style. Full bathrooms are on each floor. 3 bedrooms upstairs, office area that is between second living and lower bathroom has sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2.

Some information about your hosts Becky & Brian. Becky was born & raised in Geauga County where she attended & graduated from Berkshire High School right around the corner from Simba's House. After graduating from Berkshire, she attended Ohio State University. Shortly after college graduation, she moved to Oregon where she met her husband Brian. From that point they built their life in NW Oregon with their 3 dogs 2 cats and most recent addition of our daughter from Thailand. Although Becky & Brian greatly enjoy what Oregon has to offer, Burton & Amish Country hold a special place in their hearts. So much so, they decided to provide a space to allow others to enjoy. The property is named after their dog, Simba was with them for nearly 12 years and got to make the journey to Ohio and the home in the last year with them. Simba was a great friend to them and they want this home to reflect his spirit. A place for people to gather for fun times, incredible friendship and love. GUEST PROFILE: My wife and I live in NW OR in the heart of Oregon Pinot Wine Country. We love traveling and outdoor activity. Our favorite travel destinations include: Ireland Oregon Coast Central Oregon Eastern Wa British Columbia Carribean I can't live without downhill skiing, golf, tennis or watching live sporting events. My wife could not live without running and she is actively involved with pet organizations and our therapy dog Simba. Our 5 pets and daughter are what are most important to us. As a guest you will find us courteous and fun. When we travel we generally spend most of our time out and about and are not around our sleeping quarters often.
