Welcome to your spacious, private paradise! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath house is a cozy get-away with room for up to 8 people. But the real star of the show is the amazing, large pool area in the back that features loungers, lots of shade and large pool.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is set up for relaxation and entertaining. You will be renting the entire house, which is perfect for families vacationing together, or to share with a group of friends as a weekend getaway. The house is equipped with everything you need, down to blenders and serving dishes. You just bring the food and drinks. All bed linens and towels will be clean and ready for you.
Located in the peaceful neighborhood called the Cathedral City Cove - 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and just a few minutes the other way from Rancho Mirage, and a little further to Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells and Indio. Minutes walk to the Desert IMAX Theatre and the Mary Pickford movie theatre. You can catch the Sunline bus just a few blocks away.
The first bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, new (May 2013) cable smart TV with HBO and Cinemax and Netflix access (if you have an account) and plenty of clothes storage. Another bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, new (May 2013) cable smart TV with HBO, Cinemax, and Netflix access and its own bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, basic cable TV, walk-in closet and a desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, coffee maker and grinder and features a four-seat dining ledge/bar. The living room area has a new (May 2013) cable smart TV with HBO and Cinemax and Netflix access (if you have an account) and a DVD player. This house has wireless internet.
The pool is located in the back of the house, where you will also find pool lounge chairs, an umbrella, outdoor dining tables and chairs, a BBQ grill, and a 4-seat fire table. It's the perfect place to catch some rays, or watch the sun set while sipping wine or cocktails.
There is a two-car carport, and a large driveway with plenty of off-street parking.
Important note: Since Airbnb rates vary, the only way to get an accurate total is to plug the dates in along with the correct number of people in your party and let Airbnb calculate it for you. If you are planning on using the BBQ grill during your stay, please let us know before you book so that we can add an additional $20 (to cover the cost of propane) to the total. Check-ins earlier than 3:00 p.m., or checkouts later than 12:00 noon may be possible based on availability. Late checkouts may be subject to additional rent.

Interaction with Guests
Once you have a confirmed booking, please let me know what time I can expect you to arrive so that I can plan to be available to check you in. Then, when you are 15-20 minutes away, if you could text or call to let me know, I will be at the house when you arrive to get you checked in. If you have any questions during your stay, don't hesitate to contact me for any reason. I live just a couple blocks away, and can be at the house in a few minutes (usually) if I need to.
The Cove area is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Coachella Valley. Sitting high up on a hill, surrounded by mountains, the Cove doesn't get the high winds that are common in the north side of Palm Springs and The rest of the valley. Within a 10-15 minute drive, you can get to downtown Palm Springs, or to El Paseo shopping district in Palm Desert.

Other Things to Note
We are proud to be one of the highest-rated rentals in the Palm Springs area, and are now in our third year hosting on airbnb. We are compliant with city ordinances for vacation rentals, and operate under license number 012728.
No smoking indoors.
Small, well-behaved, housebroken dogs are welcome, as long as you clean up after them (inside and outside).
There is a 2-night minimum stay on the weekends and some special event weekends have a 3-night minimum stay.
Please turn off the air conditioning or heating when leaving the house. Do not keep outside doors open while using air conditioning or heating.
Use of the indoor fireplace is not allowed.
Do not rearrange any furniture during your stay without permission from the property manager.
No loud music or excessive noise allowed at any time. Violations of the following ordinance are subject to fines, and or eviction.
Cathedral City Noise Ordinance (527 § 2, 2000):
It is unlawful and it shall be a public nuisance for any person to operate or maintain any premises or property within the city in a manner that has resulted in repeated disruptive activities including, but not limited to, disturbances of the peace, public drunkenness, drinking in public, harassment of passersby, sale of stolen goods, public urination, theft, assaults, batteries, acts of vandalism, excessive littering, illegal parking, loud noises between the hours of ten p.m. and six a.m., traffic violations, curfew violations, or police detentions and arrests.
Use of tanning oil in the pool is not allowed.
Pool use is at your own risk.
Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
No glass containers allowed near the pool.
If the number in your party changes, you must let us know immediately as it may affect the pricing. No more than 8 people allowed on the premises at any time.

Make sure that everyone in your party is familiar with these rules and abides by them.
Our stay at the house was amazing. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and it felt like home! Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, kitchen items, tv's in the living room and all the bedrooms, beautiful and relaxing backyard. It was Jan, so the pool was too cold to go in, but it liked nice! Bob was great to work with and always responded immediately and friendly. I would definitely recommend this house!
Bob was wonderful! He got us fake mini Christmas tree to help us celebrate. When the internet was bugging out, he was very responsive and came over to replace the modem. He was available upon our arrival and showed us around the home and was very extending. The home itself is beautiful and fit the 6 of us very well. Would definitely recommend.
We had a great stay! Bob met us at the house and gave us the grand tour. We were settled in no time. After touring the area, we played family board games around the lazy Susan table. The house was cozy and clean, with everything we needed. We'll definitely be back in warmer weather to enjoy the beautiful backyard!

Bob did a great job of keeping us informed and on track upon arriving at the house. Communication was clear and responses were quick. The house was great and had everything we needed to get in after a long drive and settle in. The location was central to the area and access to and from the house was easy. Everything worked out great. We would stay again if the opportunity comes up.
Came to Palm Springs for a hockey tournament with 4 other girls. We stayed at Bob's place and it was perfect for us. Felt right at home. House had everything one would need for a long or short stay. Would stay there again for sure!
