Newly updated!!!! Extremely cute, clean and comfortable, one-bedroom apartment in Herman, PA. Inviting living room with colorful vibe. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, nice linens and is cheery with great light. Small but functional kitchenette. Fully remodeled bathroom with plenty of hot water for a bath or shower after a long ride on the beautiful Butler Freeport Community Trail. Relax in the simple yet well furnished space just steps away from the trail.
The space
Simple modern furnishings. Super-duper comfortable queen size bed, cotton linens and quilt along with plenty of pillows. Kitchenette with basics for cooking including a coffee maker, microwave oven, Oster Compact Countertop Oven With Air Fryer and single burner induction cooktop and small refridgerator. The Living room with jack knife couch for additional sleeping spot, comfortable chair and small table for dining. There is a Radio/cd player, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player and small movie library. The private peaceful deck includes some folding chairs that can be used on the deck or on the small yard overlooking the Café's outdoor seating and trail below.

There is Parking in the small driveway in front of entry to the apartment. Below the apartment, guest will find the Derailleur Bike Shop Café where they can grab a few snacks, some lunch and get bike repairs during business hours.
******Guest should note this apartment is above a working business. Being that it's an old building, guests may hear noise from the cafe or bike shop. This is only during hours of operation and will be mild.
