From that point onwards I'm simply available for any problems or questions that may arise. I live very nearby so can resolve any problems inmediately.
Located in Santa Catalina, the most lively, trendy and cosmopolitan area of Palma and right next to all the other cultural and commercial areas. Santa Catalina has its own covered market which sells fresh fish, fruits and vegetables. In addition it is the hub of interesting shops, bars and a large selection of restaurants and bakeries. Browsing around the streets is a joy! My loft is walking distance to all other interesting things to view in Palma, the cathedral is a ten minute walk as is the sea. The nearest beach is also only just over a ten minute walk away.
From the airport you can take a taxi, approx 20€ or the bus, which leaves you 5 min walking from the apartment. You can also rent a car directly if you plan to.
Once here, you can walk as most interesting places are walking distance or take the bus if you need to get further.
There is a bus stop down the road. Take direction Plaza España if you want to go around the island. There you will find buses, the tube and the train to Soller, which is a nice excursion.

We had a lovely stay in Julie’s apartment, the location is great, the apartment has everything one could need and is neat as a pin. Julie was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
We had a really late arrival and Julie went out of her way to organise convenient key pick so we had easy access at a very unreasonable hour. Great place to stay and really adds to your Palma experience.
Julie´s Loft ist ein Traum. Stilvoll eingerichtet (genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen), toll ausgestattet, sauber, sehr zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Perfect location to explore Palma. Is based centrally but in a "locals" area so really felt like we got off the beaten tourist track a little. The apartment itself is fantastic, large, nicely finished and the sun terrace offered sun bathing all day round! Julie was really friendly and more than happy to suggest restaurants and bars in the Santa Catalina area. Thoroughly recommend it!
Just as Julie says in the listing, this apartment is in a great neighborhood. It is exactly as shown in the photos. Charming and comfortable. Very tall ceilings with big windows extending to the floor. Right down the street from great tapas at Patxi which we really enjoyed. Short walk from the marina (5 min.), the centro (maybe 10 min at most), and 2 minutes to the Santa Catalina market where you can buy great fresh food of all descriptions . Best location one can imagine.
Apartment has everything. Only drawback is that there is street noise from traffic, but it isn't heard in the first floor bedroom which is interior. Not a problem at all when one is awake. Light pours in when you open the shutters. Comfy furniture and bed. Wish I owned it. Thanks, Julie.
We had nice stay at Julie's loft in the Santa Catalina neighborhood. The apartment is quite spacious (we had four adults) with a big well-appointed kitchen, big dining area, and large bathroom. One bedroom is on the first floor with some privacy and of good size, the other is lofted and open to the common spaces below. The large windows open onto a busy street below. During the day we often had the windows open and the bustle of the city was quite prominent, but with the windows and shutters closed at night the noise was not too loud. We didn't have much time to spend on the upstairs patio but it was a nice space to have available. The neighborhood is very walkable with many restaurants and bars nearby as well as a grocery store. A slightly longer walk will take you to the old town and many other places of interest. Beaches are a little out of walking range. We had a good experience taking the buses to visit various destinations outside of Palma, even all the way to Port d'Alcudia. We considered renting a car but parking in the tight confines of a big city was a little intimidating. It takes about 10 minutes to take a bus from the apartment to the main bus terminal and then you are on an express bus to many destinations around the island. We couldn't have found a better place to stay in the city of Palma.
