The house was as described and pictured, well appointed, spacious and clean. It was a great place for our friends to enjoy a few days in Austin
Our hosts were in contact with us via e-mail soon after booking the property and were available for questions. The listing was an accurate description of the property and is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood.
Our family came into town to visit our daughter and celebrate the holidays. The house was very comfortable and a great place for our family to all be together. The house was spacious with a large living room, kitchen/dining area. We used the grill on the deck to prepare our Christmas Day dinner. It was nice that the house was stocked with a lot of necessities (e.g. paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Beds were comfortable and everything is updated.
This was our first time to Austin and all of us enjoyed the great food and great vibe that it has to offer.
This property was perfect for our needs. Very positive experience and I highly recommend this property.
Amanda and Greg were easy to work with. House was great and very clean. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
Amanda and Greg have a very cute house. There is plenty of space if you have multiple people traveling with you and the rooms are spaced out in a way that wouldn’t make you feel overcrowded. The master bedroom has its own TV and half bath which was really convenient on our lazy days. We didn’t get a chance to use the back deck or the kitchen but they both looked nice and user friendly. We had a minor issue with check—in but Greg was easily reachable and had the issue resolved within minutes. Overall it was a good stay with good host.
Amanda & Greg were extremely welcoming to their property. The property was extremely clean and accurate. I would highly recommend anybody to stay at any of their properties!
Our host was very welcoming, friendly & helpful when called upon to give instructions to us for the TV. The house was decorated nicely in new modern-style & colors. Fairly quiet neighborhood with little traffic, but close to main roads. Grocery & restaurants are just a couple of miles on a straight shot from the location.

We've been in Austin for 15 years and love it! We have multiple rentals in Austin and one in Port Aransas. We enjoy traveling but are more into relaxation than adventure. Whenever there's a group of us going we always prefer to stay in a home versus a hotel.
Amanda has been a licensed Realtor for 11 years and loves her job. If you're looking to buy or sell a house let us know and we can see if we'd be a good match.
