This beautiful house is located at the heart of Cozumel Island inside a quiet neighborhood called “Corpus Christy”, the house is close to supermarket, cinema and restaurants. You just need to walk one block to access the water front boulevard.

Designed by award – winning architect Jorge Bolio Casa Martina achieves to local elements and others representative from the south of México. Solid shapes mixed with nature and luxury finishes compliment this great vacation rental home. The space
Casa Martina has 2 rooms with a full bathroom each, the beds are Queen size and they are really confortable to spend a great vacations with the family or friends, the pool it's just great and gives the sensations of being on a river because it's all made of "chukum" a special material from a root that the Mayans used to build.

The full - equipped kitchen it's amazing and spacious, so you can enjoy to prepare your meals, there is a great wood dinning room inside the house and a terrace also with an outdoor dinning table, this way you can enjoy the Cozumel weather.

Main and second room include smart 50" TV with streaming services, electric blinds and closets for storage. The main room bathroom is wheel chair accesible. There is direct access to the pool from the main bathroom.
