Au coeur du parc naturel du morvan et proche des lacs Pannecière et Settons, petit chalet 30m2 pour amoureux de la nature et cherchant le calme, à proximité de la ferme sur terrain entourée d'une haie Morvandelle. Vue sur la forêt de pins et feuillus. Nous sommes à 4 km du bourg tous commerces, dont cinéma. Idéal pêche, marche, activité aquatique. Possibilité de garer moto ou vélo dans garage ou hangar. Pour chevaux box ou prairie (supp. de 10€/jour).
