  • Esteban is a wonderful host! Communication with him, though in Spanish, was quick and clear. He was at the building entrance when we arrived, with our off-street parking slot reserved! Yay! He was very warm and accommodating! :)
The apartment itself was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and had a great location in Ronda! Highly recommended! :)

  • Esteban was the consummate host! He took time to show us all the features of the apartment and was accommodating about some special needs we had. The apartment was comfortable and ideally located between old town and the bus station. A very quiet neighborhood, too.

  • Esteban is a great host. Very friendly. The flat has a good location and is spacy for a couple. Clean and everything is there you need. Takes a day in december to get warm. But we had a really rainy and stormy day. It is quite. Thanks again

  • What a great place in Ronda! The pictures were a true representation of the place. The best part was the pick-up at the train station which made our arrival smooth. There was a communication error between us, maybe my fault, about our arrival time, but they were kind about it.

  • Esteban's apartment is in a great location, with all of Ronda's sights in easy walking distance. The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth and simple. The place was very clean, quiet and better than photo. Totally recommended!

  • We had a wonderful stay in Ronda. Upon our arrival by train, we were met by Estaban, our host. Estaban gave us a very warm welcome and escorted us to the apartment. He was so helpful. The apartment is lovely, very modern and clean and in a great location to everything. Thank you Estaban. Highly recommended.

  • Excellent location in Ronda. Very near the centre but also nice and quiet at night. Esteban was really helpful, meeting us at the bus station and pointing out some good places to eat and buy provisions. The little fruit shop was wonderful - fresh, ripe, juicy melons and other fruit at a fraction of the cost in the UK and tasting so much better too.
At the end of our stay our train left after the normal checkout time, but as no-one else was booked in that night Esteban was happy for us to leave later.
As non-smokers we were a bit concerned that smoking is allowed in the apartment, but actually when we got there was no smell of tobacco (and the place was meticulously clean).
In short, we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Apart from the spectacular gorge/bridge, and bullring (an architectural gem), we'd recommend visiting "Reservatauro": a bus from outside the tourist office takes you for a guided visit of a reserve in the countryside just outside Ronda where fighting bulls and Andalusian horses are raised. You get to walk around various parts of the property and see the animals close up (don't worry - it is very safe!), plus gain a basic understanding of the complex process of rearing and breeding the livestock. You can book the tour from the Tourist office or direct from the Reservatauro website.

  • If you are ever in Ronda, make sure you stay in Esteban's home. You could not find a more thoughtful and considerate host.

I had the great pleasure of meeting his wife and son- who were so kind and generous.

The home is in a perfect location to explore the city and has everything you might need. I only wish we could have stayed there longer.
