Enter through the gated underground parking garage or the front security gated foyer. This apartment faces west, with tree top views. Lots of windows and two double sliding glass doors in the living room and the front bedroom, provide lots of natural light. This is an ideal apartment for large groups or families with children. One bedroom is en suite with it's own bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and a twin day bed, a large flatscreen television, desk and chair, and a bean bag chair. The bathroom has double sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a separate glass doored shower. There is lots of storage space with a huge walk-in closet and a second smaller walk-in closet, as well as built in linen cabinets. The front bedroom has access to the front balcony, a king bed, flat screen television and walk in closet. Just outside the front bedroom is the second bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a laundry closet with full sized washer and dryer.
The living space has a nice circular flow, perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is the dining room which has a large wooden dining table with upholstered dining chairs. The spacious living room includes two ultra suede sofas that double as twin beds, as well as a fireplace, large flatscreen television and double glass sliding doors that lead to the balcony. Cheery bright wall colors and modern art are throughout the apartment.
This apartment is a block away from Pico Boulevard, putting several popular delicatessens, coffee shops, asian food cafes, Starbucks and Walgreens within easy walking distance. World famous shopping and restaurants in Beverly Hills lie just a couple blocks north, as well as Roxbury Park, which has lighted tennis and basketball courts, a children's playground and walking paths. A short drive west on Pico Boulevard takes you to Rancho Park Public Golf Course (phone number hidden)), which has hosted numerous LA Open, PGA Senior and LPGA tour events, and the Westside Pavilion Mall with state of the art Landmark Multiplex theaters. Olympic Boulevard is a block away and provides easy access west to the beach city of Santa Monica and to The Staples Center/Nokia Live entertainment complex downtown, without having to travel the freeways.

I choose this neighborhood as I can walk around to local shops and restaurants. There is so much to offer and anyone who wants to explore won't be short of finding many a new adventure.
There are several bus lines. However, it is best to have a car in LA or use a ride share service like Uber or Lyft.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed OR Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. All guest at the property during rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
3. All Airbnb guest are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement with our company after booking through Airbnb.
4. Our checkin time is 4 pm and our check out time is 11 am. Early Check ins are $40.00 based on availability. Check outs after 2 pm are an additional nights stay. Late Check outs may be granted based on availability for a $40.00 fee (before 2 pm).
5. Pet friendly properties do require a pet deposit. This fee must be obtained prior to check in. Our pet fees for pet friendly properties are an $150.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) for up to two weeks. Stays longer than two weeks will be charged a $500.00 (REFUNDABLE UPON INSPECTION) deposit.
6. Our cleaning fees are a one time charge, unless additional cleaning (housekeeping) is purchased and cover your checkin/checkout cleaning. This fee can not be waived under any circumstances.
LA rentals worked really well. People were pros and information was easy to get to as well. Also - They replied fast when I applied for the place. All around a very positive experience and a huge plus was that the closets were empty and we were able to unpack our luggage for the time we spent there.
LA Rentals is a rental company. In that way, they were very available and had staff ready to handle any questions or issues we had. Access to the property was absolutely perfect. They sent us an e-mail on the day of check in with a door code. Everything worked perfectly on our schedule.
One thing that was new to me was the host sent a contract outside of AirBNB that we had to sign. I don't typically have access to a printer so it was a little inconvenient but not a huge deal.
The wifi for this unit is not actually inside the unit. It's in another apartment. While the staff was fast to respond and came over to reset it when we were having trouble, it never did work for us. We had a total of 4 people and it never worked well for anyone. We found ourselves having to head to coffee shops anytime we needed to access the Internet which was a big inconvenience. I really think it would be more accurate to say the unit doesn't have Internet.
The building is very cute on a lovely street. Using Uber to get anywhere is extremely reasonable. We Uber'd most everywhere and many of our rides came out under $10 (to the Beverley Wilshire and surrounding area).
The apartment has tons of sleeping space which was perfect for our group. Enough for 4 people to each have their own bed (one on the couch which is a twin size).

Not bad apartment. Large enough. The location is also good. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is the sheets are not that clean.

Our party of 6 stayed for 5 nights in January. The apartment looks as good as in the photos. It was clean, beds were comfortable, sofa was also OK. Brilliantly located for Orthodox synagogues and kosher food. Also a Walgreens nearby. We did not have a car but did not find this a problem as it was easy to get buses from the Pico-Robertson intersection.
Everyone at AE Hospitality (owner/manager) was polite and helpful.
Only one problem: the toilets. One didn't flush properly when we arrived (it was fixed two days later). The other stopped working the day before we left (fixed the day we (email hidden) Hospitality was responsive and we did receive a partial refund. I would have rated the apartment 4 or 5 stars except for this problem.

This space was perfect for our stay in LA, accommodating three people very comfortably. There are chains stores like Ralphs nearby, as well as more interesting holes in the wall. The host was a pleasure to work with, and I will absolutely book this place again next year. 100% worth the price, and the pictures don't do it justice.
