Newly rennovated fresh apartment with a nice terrace. Its a spacious apartment of 55m2 with two double bedroom, two bathrooms and kitchen.
On first floor there is a large terrace where you can relax in a sunbed!
The apartment is located in a building that has been totally renovated in (phone number hidden). It's located in the nice area of Porta Romana, famous for its many artisan shops and small restaurants. Its within the city walls just a few stepped from important monuments as Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Gardens and only 15 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio.
At Porta Romana there is a bus stop both for the tourist buses, who take you on a panoramic tour around Florence, as well as the ordinary buses who takes you right to the heart of Chianti in cities as Siena, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Radda in Chianti etc.
The house, Lodges le Mura, has in total 6 independent apartments to rent. All apartments has it's own safe principal door. Then on first floor there are some rooms in common and a large terrace as a surplus to use if you like.
The apartments together with the rooms in common occupies the two floors of the building and is accessible by an elevator. From the apartments on second floor you can see the Dome of Brunelleschi and Giotto’s Bell Tower.
The large terrace is equipped with chairs, sun beds and parasols to offer a peaceful oasis where you can relax after an intensive day full of wonderful experience in the beautiful Florence. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the sixth city wall where the soldiers who guarded the city once lodged.
This apartment, Ponte Vecchio, has two spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen and a private terrace equipped with a table and four chairs and two sunbeds.

I'm at the apartments often and I'm happy to help and share some advices what to visit and other informations.
We are located at Porta Romana which is an old authentic part of the city. Its famous for its many small artisan shops and several small trattorias with genuine Florentine food. Its also a green area since we are close to several gardens, the most famous is the Boboli Gardens.
There are 3 urban busses running from Porta Romana to Central Station in 10 min. Here is also a bus stop both for the tourist hop on hop off buses, who take you on a panoramic tour around Florence, as well as the extra urban buses who takes you right to the heart of Chianti in cities as Siena, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Radda in Chianti etc.
Treat the house as you treat your own house.
Local tourist tax of 2,50 per person per night is not included in the price and must be paid at arrival.
This tax is applied to all guests above 12 years and up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights
Check in is between 13-15.30 and if you arrive later you will recieve the portcode to enter.
From Dec 25, 2015 - Jan 03, 2016 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
