Super central and super quiet!
Your room in my flat is huge and has very high ceilings! It will be in the centre of former East Berlin, in a house built in 1882 and now traditionally renovated, with carpets in the staircase and stucco everywhere. It is in the middle of a huge cafe, bar, restaurant and club scene. - BUT our street is in a priviliged way unbelievably silent. Because of the very good public transport in this area, it's the best location to get to all the Sights of Berlin. For learning German: The Goethe Institute is a 2-minute-walk from here. The Museum Island with the world heritage Pergamon Museum, Monbijou Park, Operas, Theaters and Oranienbuger Straße are 3000 feet away. In short this area is the Berlin that is talked about. You'll get a big bed (5 feet), linens, sheets, towels and everything that is needed.
I speak German, Spanish, French, English and Dutch. Feel free to ask about everything you are interested in! I am looking forward to your visit!
Between 14th of July and 17th of August only longterm-guests (at least 2 weeks), sorry.

Elisabeth is a great person and host. We had our best experiences in Berlin thanks to Elisabeth's hospitality. For other travellers: the property is immaculate, the beds are super comfortable, and the apartment has a wonderful volume. A bottle of red was even offered on arrival! Recommend highly.
Elisabeth's place is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the Berliner Dom, Pergamon Museum and Alexanderplatz. It's a great location with nearby restaurants which Elisabeth recommended. She is a wonderful host! She's very friendly, warm and helpful. I was fortunate enough to sample some of her baking. Delicious. I enjoyed chatting with her and hearing stories about life in the former East Germany. I highly recommend staying with her and hope to do so again on a future visit to Berlin. You can't go wrong booking her place!
That was great experience. An old house in excellent location (close to Alexanderplatz but very quiet), a spacious room and a very nice and helpful host (thanks, Elizabeth!).
That's a pity I stayed for 1 night only, I wish I could stay longer!
My first Airbnb experience, and I couldn't be any more satisfied. Elisabeth's offer is excellent value for money: first class location yet quiet, a spacious, cozy room with comfortable beds and a host that is absolutely lovely and very helpful. Thumbs up!!!
Elisabeth gave a really warm and helpful welcome. Her apartment was well appointed with a real sense of space and individuality. I managed five comfortable nights of great sleep, which was needed given the amount of destinations around Berlin. Great coffee and German bread!
We spent two nights in this apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. It is very cosy and comfortable and incredibly well located, very close to Museum island and train connections to the airports. We were really lucky. Elisabeth is very helpful and she gave us some recommendations and indications. We would definately come back. In addition, she speaks spanish perfectly right! (Maria)
Danke Elisabeth. (Àgata)
We stayed with Elisabeth for one week after the marathon has taken place. It's a verry nice and cosy appartment in the centre of Berlin. Elisabeth has been really friendly as a hostess and showed a lot of concern towards our participation in the marathon. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to enjoy her company because she was out of town for a while, but gladly she showed her trust to leave us alone in her appartment. We had a real good time. A good place to come back some time!
Elizabeth is a wonderful host; warm, welcoming, friendly, helpful and charming. We loved her beautiful, spacious, yet cosy flat, within easy walking / cycling distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The lovely big room, with it's sitting area, gallery twin / double bedroom and amazing high ceilings was quiet and comfortable and suited us perfectly. We would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending her.
Conveniently located near Alexanderplatz Station, and thus really easy to navigate to any part of the city!
Elisabeth was so welcoming and accommodating for me and my parents. The three of us were easily able to fit in the room with much space to spare. The kitchen had a lot of personality, and Elisabeth has a great outside garden area with many plants.
I felt right at home and wish I could have stayed longer.
