¡Bienvenido a Cozumel y Villa Coronado! We overlook some of the bluest Caribbean water you’ll ever see! Perfect for divers, snorkelers, readers, vacationers, and families, also ideal for weddings or yoga retreats. The pool features a fountain, and comfortable lounge chairs surround the pool. Sunsets are amazing! All rooms are air-conditioned.

The outside entry door and walkways are handicapped accessible.

Maid service is twice a week and offers additional cleanings at a fee.

The space
The ocean views from three of the four master suites, balconies, and the rooftop terrace are magnificent features of our villa. Our home was designed and furnished for comfort. The décor is simple and light, the floor plan is open and airy with 10-foot ceilings. There are several outdoor verandas, porches, decks, and balconies. I know you'll agree that Villa Coronado is something special.

Our Guest Host, Mario C, is a great divemaster and can take your group snorkeling, diving, or touring as well.

The second living area upstairs has a futon, and an air mattress is available (you must request it) as is a pack-and-play for little ones. We have a high chair and baby gates. Cooking services and grocery shopping are available at an additional fee. There are several beach clubs and restaurants within walking distance, including the famous National Parque, Chankanaab.

The pool includes a seating area for conversation and drinks, but it is NOT a hot tub.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. We do have an owner's cabinet in the kitchen and in a bedroom.

Please treat our home as you would your own. Guests will be held responsible for damages.

We have added handicapped accessibility to the house and pool.

THE PRICE INCLUDES 2 MAID SERVICE PER WEEK. If you want extra service, it is $75.00USD. Please let myself or Mario know!
We provide a large bottle of water, please keep single use plastics to a minimum.

Neighborhood highlights

Just across the one-way coastal road is the public beach, the ocean, ready for swimming or snorkeling. Full-service beach clubs and restaurants are close by for a day of lounging, snorkeling, and enjoying beachside service. A new beach club and restaurant is just south of us, Bahia Uvas. Their Happy Hour is 4-6p.m., and they close at 7 p.m.
