  • We visit Toronto a couple of times a year to visit Family in Leslieville. This condo was convenient for us because of it's location and amenties. With the Queen Street streetcar 1/2 a block away we had round the clock access to other parts of the city. However you don't have to travel far as Queen Street has everything to offer-great restaurants, coffeeshops and bars. Interesting shopping for gifts and clothing. Thank you James!

  • This was the perfect stay! James was very accessible. Great location! Absolutely perfect.

  • James' place is modern, well furnished and comfy. My sister stayed with her husband and they loved it! The apartment was very clean and had nice little touches- like bathroom amenities and a liquor cabinet to help yourself to.
    Thank you to James!

  • James' place really is stellar: the wow factor of an authentic, modern loft plus the style and comforts of "boutique" accommodation.

As others note, James offers toiletries you may have forgotten, recommendations for great places to go and even umbrellas for rainy days.

James was prompt and clear in all messages and kept in touch when my flight was delayed - I really appreciated that. Very clear instructions came via email before I arrived and check-in was a breeze.

The loft is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Toronto for great, contemporary dining and shopping. It was a treat to be back to one of my favourite parts of the city and James' place was the perfect HQ for my visit. A great spot and a first class host. Thanks James!

  • James' loft is awesome. Very convenient location and such a short walk to a myriad of fantastic Leslieville restaurants, pubs and patios. I definitely recommend staying there if you want a real local feel in a funky neighbourhood. Much quieter than spots right downtown, yet still really close if you want to head out.
From a hosting standpoint everything was VERY organized and instructions were very clear, no surprise that James has so many positive reviews!

  • James and his place are first class! And the neighborhood is just great. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

    May 2013
  • A great stay. The suite was in immaculate condition with extras for travelers who have forgotten their shampoo, etc. If you're looking in the area, you won't find a better host. James was responsive, helpful and informative.

  • My parents stayed at the Loft and were very pleased. Perfect space to stay and relax. Would definitely have them stay again when they come for extended visits. Great location. Close to downtown, but not right in the centre of the busyness. Patio is a fantastic feature to lounge. Condo itself has a nice cozy vibe.

  • James is a great host! Very timely in his responses and any communications. The building, loft and area are all very hip and Leslieville is an area that has alot to offer with some fantastic restaurants along Queen street and is a $13 cab ride downtown or simple ride on streetcar if your on a budget. The loft has everything you'll need and the deck would be a very nice feature in the summer. There were no curtains or blinds on the large glass doors that look out into the patio. While the bedroom is tucked around the corner some may prefer a greater degree of privacy. Thanks James for a great stay in TO.

  • James’ place is great! It was clean and comfortable, and ideally located in a charming neighborhood next to transit. James left detailed information and was easily reachable when we had question. I would recommend James’ place over a hotel room any day!
