Quiet home and neighborhood with a nice view of the Inlet.
House surrounded by trees. Wooded area and a car to get around is a plus.
Be respectful of property and clean after yourself just I like I do.
We had such a great time staying at Martin's peaceful space. He immediately made us feel welcome, and told us that we were welcome to use the kitchen upstairs and to just ask for anything else that we needed. The listing was spot on, the space was well-stocked with coffee and towels and very clean, and the view of the inlet from the bedroom window was gorgeous. The location was quiet and secluded, but still a quick drive to Evergreen College and downtown Olympia. Pictures don't do the space justice; he keeps a lovely home.
Great spot and beautiful house. Wasn't able to meet Martin, but he was very responsive and friendly communicator.
Such a lovely and quiet location. On the Eld inlet, and if it were the right season, I surely would have been in the water. The room was on the lower level with a private bathroom. Never did meet our host, but could contact him by text message.
Our first ABNB experience was great! Martin was very helpful in answering any questions we had. We had no issues gaining access to the house. The house was beautiful, very clean, super comfy bed, and had a PERFECT view of the water. Lots of deer and every evening we were visited outside by neighborhood kittens who provided serious kitten therapy with antics. I definitely recommend Martin's home. Be warned the lower bathroom contains a time warp- The calendar in it seems to exist exactly one month ahead to the day. Free time travel included!
I had a wonderful experience staying at Martin's. We had the whole downstairs to ourselves (couches/living room, bedroom and bathroom) and access to use the kitchen. Everything was very clean and the view was amazing. It was a prefect relaxing stay, and Martin was easily accessible via phone/text but still gave us our privacy. The location is on a quiet road surrounded by trees on the Sound- very beautiful. I would definitely stay again my next time in Olympia.
I arrived late and in the dark. Martin was very accommodating and made things easy. The place was very nice stylish and clean. Woke up to a spectacular view. Would stay again. And maybe arrive earlier next time so I could take in a sunset over the water.
Beautiful house overlooking a branch of Puget Sound. The room was more than expected. The next morning we made our own breakfast and never saw the owner. Our stay, and the view was great.
Easy going guy from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Speak English and Spanish fluently. I have been living in Oly for over 28 years so I call Oly my home town and I'm small business owner.
