Rampart Street Parking Inc
210 North Rampart Street, New Orleans, LA
This one is the most affordable in the French Quarter and only 3 block from the apartment (about 4-5 minute walk). The phone number will probably be deleted from this message by airbnb, but you can look it up online.

Only two blocks from the apartment, but a little bit pricier.

Hey Airbnb...anyone looking to stay at Yarda's spot on Conti watch out...it's absolutely amazing!!! I stayed with 5 other guys and from the minute we got out of the cab (about $60 from airport with 6 people) we loved it. Yarda was always around when needed and made sure we were comfortable with the place. He showed us around and answered any questions we had. We ate at his restaurant for dinner 2x and food was excellent. Angel was our waitress and she gave us some good advice about New Orleans. It is literally a 30 second walk to Bourbon Street and really could not have been a better locale. The apartment is spacious enough for 6 guys but would also be perfect for 2 couples. Has a great kitchen with all the touches of one you have at your own home(s). Hope to stay there again next year!!! Have fun everyone
Yarda was an exceptional host. I worked with him in getting lodging at 2 of his condos, due to limited availability. We stayed in his two bedroom condo as well as a one bedroom condo over the weekend as the 2 bedroom was booked. The two bedroom condo was enormous, with a huge patio, super comfortable beds, and lots of living and dining space to just relax. Both places were exceptionally clean, convenient, and nicely appointed. Both were walking distance to all the attractions in the French Quarter, and we did not need a taxi or car to get around. Yes, it was noisy as any lodging in the French Quarter would be, but with the help of the ear plugs that Yarda left in the apartment, I slept just fine. Yarda was very easy to communicate with, and even helped us with our luggage when we moved from place to place! A bit of advice, definitely eat at his restaurant off Conti called Jagerhouse. It was by far the best meal (and coffee) we had so we ate there a few times during our stay! We will definitely be back upon our return to New Orleans!
Yarda was a great host and had no problem answering any of my questions in a timely manner. The apartment was everything that entailed in the description and my friends and I loved everything about it. Yarda's restaurant that is located underneath the apartment is also a plus. My friends and I ate there multiple times. This was my first time using airbnb and it surely will not be my last neither will be staying at Yarda's apartment!
We just got back from NOLA, for a Bachelorette party. There were 7 ladies and we greatly enjoyed Yarda's apt. on Conti! We shared beds, used an air mattress, and 2 couches and were all fairly comfortable. The apt. is just a few blocks from Bourbon which is very convenient- we walked everywhere. (We parked cars at nearby parking garages). It is true that it can get a little loud with late night partiers and early morning street cleaning. The first night I forgot to completely close the balcony door which made it louder than it needed to be! (blame it on the strong drinks) But the second night wasn't bad at all. Yarda provides plenty of ear plugs, towels, and keys for his guests. He also has a nice restaurant downstairs for much needed eggs and bloody mary's. The balcony is WONDERFUL- spacious and nice to sit in the sun in the morning. Several of the ladies want to come back with their husbands or boyfriends! We were very impressed.
Much like the other 100+ reviews - Yarda's apartment was perfect! Great location, nice and large, comfortable beds, amazing patio, really everything you could want. Yarda was also super nice, helpful and accommodating, plus his restaurant downstairs, Jagerhaus, was a great morning spot for some coffee/breakfast. Didn't get a chance to eat dinner but I am sure it is good too! Would stay again in a heartbeat...
The location could not have been better! The space easily accommodated our group of 6; and Yarda was just awesome. Do not miss out on grabbing some breakfast at Jagarhuas just below the apartment (get the waffle....AMAZING).
I do advise large groups (4+), do not try to all get ready at the same time... The first 2 or 3 people in our group all had warm showers (taking no longer than 5mins each), the remaining 3, ice cold showers. The water heater is small; so with a group of 6, and outside temperature below freezing in January (so cold, the city was shut down for 2 1/2 days), not everyone in the group will have a warm shower... So try and be the 1st in your group. But I do think the outside temperature did not help.
Regardless, the place is great and Yarda is wonderful....I highly recommend this place!
Yarda was very helpful and made a great effort to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The apartment was amazing, Can't find a better deal that close to bourbon street, and the balcony really is massive.
This apartment was perfect for my sister's bachelorette weekend. It was very spacious, clean, and in the ideal location (literally a block off of bourbon street). I would much prefer this to a hotel. We rented both units (with 4 queen size beds) which worked out perfect for 8 girls AND the baclony is AMAZING. Yarda was great-very helpful and easy to work with, it was very convenient getting the key, and he let us leave our bags in the apartment after check-out so that we could explore the city before our flights. It was all around perfect. I would absolutely rent this place again.
Fabulous French Quarter Find!!! We stayed at Yarda's place during our wedding week which overlapped with the New Year holiday and it was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent (if you don't mind the noise off the street--which Yarda is very up front about and even provides a huge box of earplugs.) The balcony is by far one of the best I have seen in the quarter. There is only one bathroom and it is a bit small which might be challenging if larger parties are planning to stay here, but it was great for my husband and I. We wanted the extra bedroom for all our wedding "stuff" and for the bridal party getting ready on the day of the wedding. We definitely recommend this gem with two thumbs up!
Yarda's place is in the perfect location in the French quarter... Plenty of room for a group. The balcony is huge, plenty of room and great for people watching. Yarda was easily contactable an took time to highlight things we should do and see. Highly recommend for anyone visiting NOLA.
