Great deal for the location & space. This is a private room with another guest in neighboring room. For me, it was private and plenty of space. Also, there’s a hot tub, which was easy and accessible.

Tom’s place was overall very positive. Tom was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. We particularly enjoyed his hot tub, which was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The neighborhood was also great. The only thing we weren’t 100% comfortable with was the crying…

Tom’s place is really wonderful! He was really friendly and the place is very clean and welcoming. There was a bathtub that was there and we made use of it, it was lovely! The place is very close to everywhere that we were headed which is pretty convenient. Overall great stay!

In between Hawthorne st and Division St - this is a great location. I walked to both areas easily and got Lyfts within minutes. Only 15 min at most to downtown. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Great place and great host!

Tom's place was great, comfortable, and it was nice to be in a nice family environment (instead of a more sterile hotel-like one). :)
