Surrounded by nightlife, restaurants, shops, and music venues. Private parking space included.

The space
Located in a Historic Landmark District with setback houses on large lots and on a tree lined street, it’s like a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. This 2nd floor apartment has 3 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom, gorgeous vintage millwork, huge windows bring in lots of light, and 10’ tall ceilings. Central air conditioning, eat in kitchen, large dining room, 3 smart TV’s, private deck with a dining table for 6, private washer and dryer (downstairs) and a dedicated parking space included.

The second floor rear deck is for your exclusive use. The building is on a double lot, with the back and side yard also available for your use. A free washer and dryer for your exclusive use is available in a private basement space.

The dedicated parking pad off the alley is visible from the rear deck.

Other things to note
Please note: I live in the first floor apartment with my rescue dog who, unfortunately, has a fear/aggression issue with other 4 legged creatures (He does, however, love 2 legged creatures!). Because of this I am unable to host any assistance animals.
